Dawol Homes built our home for us in Carolina Forrest in the gated community Bluffs on the Waterway. They were great and our home is perfect. It was a positive experience for us. Every detail was carefully executed beyond our expectations. The project was on time and Scott, Krissy and the rest of the staff at Dawol was patient with all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dawol if you are interested in building a custom home.

We recently built our home with Dawol Homes in North Myrtle Beach, and the entire process was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our dream home a reality. Krissy was great in the planning phase, offering design suggestions to help us stay "up with the times" yet respecting our decisions if we had certain style preferences. Her hands-on was "just right." The craftsmanship is top-notch—every detail reflects quality and care. Communication was smooth throughout, and any questions we had were answered promptly. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. Now that we've been in the home for five months, things are still great, and Dawol is still totally available to me to help with punch list items and more importantly, with some extra things I wish we'd done during the project - they have not left us, as they promised up front. Scott has been very good about staying in touch. If you're looking for a builder who combines integrity, expertise, and a personal touch, Dawol Homes is the one. We’re beyond thrilled with our new home and highly recommend them to anyone considering building in the area. If we ever build again, Dawol will build our house.

Excellent local custom home builder. The entire team at Dawol is extremely customer-focused with constant communication from the design phase - through completion - to post-build follow-ups. They are truly custom home builders; allowing us to make major modifications to an existing design in planning our dream home. They were also very flexible with design modifications (change orders) during the build. They took the time to discuss design choices and options. It was truly a pleasure working with them: - phone calls and texts were returned promptly - they honored the terms of their contract when price increases drove material prices (lumber, drywall, etc..) higher during the build - there is no question about their honesty This is the last home we intend to live in - but if we were to build another home, we would certainly be calling them.

We have recently moved into our second Dawol Home. After being in our last for over 18 years, with no issues, we knew we could not go wrong going back to Dawol when it was time to upgrade! Everyone with Dawol Homes was a joy to work with in all of the planning and building process. They did an amazing job and we could not be happier with our new home!
