We hired Dennis to put in an exterior door that’s 96inches wide three years ago. There is no flashing, no waterproofing, nothing holding it down, no fastening. There is just a small bead of silicone in front of the threshold on some bricks. This caused a significant amount of water to leak into the house under our brand new floors. We now have to completely reinstall the door and redo the floors. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your construction needs

I’ve worked with Dennis with Simple Home Solutions a number of times. They’ve done small projects on my rentals including kitchen and bath faucet replacement and shower replacement. They also did a total remodel of my master bathroom in my primary residence. Fantastic work all around. Dennis always informs me of any possible issues that may come up prior to starting work. He doesn’t cut corners and puts the effort in I imagine he would for his own home. I’ve been very pleased with everything, will continue to work with them and recommend them to others.

The shower knob in our master bathroom had been broken for months, and I knew if I let it go on any longer my wife would begin to contemplate leaving me. So, after several failed attempts to fix the knob myself (and hundreds of $$ spent at Lowe's), I turned to Simple Solutions Home to save my bank account, and my marriage (kidding... kind of). They were able to come out the day after I submitted my request for service, and had a new shower head and knob up and running in about two hours. They were punctual, professional, and even entertained my 5-year-old daughter who felt the need to introduce herself and tell her life story. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Simple Solutions Home provided. I take several showers a day now to make up for the lost months when the shower was unusable, and my wife is as happy as she's ever been. Double win. I have several additional home projects planned in the near term, and after realizing my (very) limited home improvement skills, I will definitely be calling Simple Solutions Home when I'm ready to get started. 5/5 Stars, and I highly recommend!

I've done several projects with the SSH team, all of which were done on time and within budget which is easier said than done on home construction projects. Dennis and Cary make a great team and play to their individual strengths well that then produce a great business. I would highly recommend this company on all projects you want to get done at your home.
