I started in residential construction 30 years ago, and was immediately drawn to the idea of taking a homeowners vision and bringing it to life. Going into a home and transforming the space is what I have a passion for and have developed a high skill set that has allowed me to grow my business into a very successful commercial and residential construction company. During my first 10 years in the business, I focused exclusively on residential construction projects, and for the last 20 years, I’ve added commercial construction and expanded my portfolio to include larger projects. The Milanco Building Group (MBG) is a certified Residential and Commercial General Contractor with Waterproofing Classification. Our company has an extremely competitive pricing structure that provides an umbrella of all proper insurances. MBG performs projects for residential homes, apartments, condominiums, offices and industrial buildings. My home flooded over a year ago and everything and all flooring had to be replaced. They did an excellent job and did everything exactly how I dreamed they would.The workers were polite and cleaned up neatly behind themselves.My left were left looking fantastic. You wouldn’t have been able to tell anything ever happened.I was left speechless!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in or outside of the area.

My backyard remodel I give a 10/10! I love the complete layout of the remodeled kitchen and I would recommend it to anyone! My kitchen looked terrible until Milanco Building stepped in! Gave me the confidence to invite friends and family over without being embarrassed!

They do what they say and get the job done you would be amazed on how amazing it looks after they are done with remodeling my home i love it. So If I was going to pick a building business it would be Milanco Building Group. They always make sure everything is done the right way and if they miss something they always fix it. This business is the most best one I've came across. They do what they are asked to do and is always nice and they don't just rush through something just to try and get the job done they actually are actually the only ones that I would trust to Building me a new home or remodel it. I can't say how proud I am of my home and how amazing it has turned out to look

I have recently bought a new house & wanted to rent out the one I am currently living in, but didn't want to do the work myself. My kitchen needed a makeover and Milanco was the best option for me. They were so easy to get a hold of & were so patient and honest with me about what I wanted and what would be the best fit. Their schedules matched up with mine and were on time every day. Left no mess behind and my kitchen looks GREAT! Milanco Building Group were amazing contractors to hire & I would absolutely hire them again.

Absolutely stunning work!! They were able to give me exactly what I wanted in my head and turn it in to a reality; & that is saying a lot because I am a very specific and particular person when it comes to my projects. They were patient with me at times when I was anything but decisive and couldn’t make up my mind. They worked fast and hard to get everything done on time and stayed on their schedule. Never left before the work day was up and never stayed passed the time I needed them out of my space.
