We recently completed a full bathroom remodel, and working with Jenn was one of the best parts of the entire process. She truly listened to our preferences when it came to the design and aesthetics, and she was always respectful of our budget, helping us make thoughtful choices that looked great without going overboard. What really stood out, though, was how supportive and involved Jenn was when we encountered significant issues with the contractor. She stepped in as a calm, steady presence and helped us navigate some stressful moments. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care made a world of difference. We really enjoyed working with Jennifer. Although our project was fairly modest (a kitchen plan and help with colors and furniture placement), Jen was attentive, thoughtful and patient. She is an excellent communicator and pays attention to details. We especially appreciated her work with our stone fabricator. Our new kitchen is truly lovely--just what we envisioned, but even better than we imagined. We look forward to working with her again.

I hired Jennifer Michael to design a bathroom for the circa 1950’s bathroom renovation I was doing. The value of having the expertise of a great designer cannot be overstated. Jen saved me time, she saved me money & saved me from mistakes that would have impacted the aesthetic quality of the finished result. The contractor on the job had done bathrooms for years & admired her design for the front of the tub enclosure so much he changed the way he finishes them. In the end, I feel like I saved more than I paid, for her professional experience & impeccable taste. As a result, I don’t have any regrets or second guessing on a single aspect. I have a stunning bathroom I still can’t believe is mine. I highly recommend Jennifer Michael Design. I won’t do any future renovations without her.

We had an excellent experience working with Jennifer on designing an outdoor kitchen. While she is very creative, Jennifer also made sure to take into consideration what was important to us. We worked with Jennifer Michael on the major renovation of our kitchen and we could'nt be happier with our experience. My husband has been a general contractor for 46 years, in which he implemented the plans that Jennifer designed perfectly for us. She was able to show us 2D and 3D images of what our kitchen would look like and is extremely knowledgeable in her line of work.
