Silver with Scanbuild completely remodeled our main bathroom. He's efficient, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He came up with creative solutions to problems that are unavoidably present in a 1930s home. Silver is a perfectionist and pays attention to every detail, but his prices are reasonable, particularly for the Bethesda/Chevy Chase area. We look forward to hiring Scanbuild for our future projects, to include a full kitchen and second bathroom remodel. Highly recommend Silver for any home renovation/remodeling project.

Silver of Scanbuild installed a kitchen backsplash. It's looks really nice. He was pleasant to deal with, the process was easy and the price was very reasonable.

We had a wonderful experience with Silver in our bathroom renovations. He worked on 3 bathrooms for us and we are very pleased with the results! Silver was very clean and tidied up every day. He was also knowledgeable about everything from electrical to plumbing and tiling. He always appeared on time and communicated with us if he was leaving or coming at a different time. He was always very efficient and the daily bathrooms' progress always amazed me. We enjoyed having him in the house the past 4 weeks and he has always been respectful of other areas of the house. Scanbuildllc provided services for my husband and I this past year while we underwent a pretty major home renovation. Silver and his team were extremely professional, reliable, and friendly. We were so pleased with their work, we hired them again when my parents bought their new home. Silver did everything from bathroom installation, tile work (he is THE BEST), painting, drywall repair, etc. Everything silver and his team did was of the highest quality both in materials and service. Scanbuild LLC did a multitude of different jobs for us during our remolding. These tasks included floor tile, grouting existing wall tile, painting, carpentry and plumbing. Every task was done professionally and the cost was reasonable. Silver and his crew are the contractors we go to for anything that needs done in our home.

I am so happy with my kitchen and with the changes that Scan Build did for us! Silver and his team designed a new, more functional layout. We added all new cabinets with slow-close doors and drawers.
