From Meh to Marvelous: Melissa (Studio Meima) Transformed Our Home! We were completely stuck and couldn’t make any decisions when it came to redesigning our Boulder home. After 20+ years in the house, we wanted a fresh and modern look, but with new floors, a new and modernized staircase, doors, furniture, and paint, the task felt overwhelming! Thankfully, a close friend recommended Melissa (Studio Meima) as an Interior Designer, and she was a game-changer! Melissa demonstrated an exceptional level of creativity and attention to detail throughout the entire process. She listened to our ideas and preferences while also offering valuable insights and suggestions to make the overall design ours. Melissa has an incredible talent for understanding a client's vision. As the project grew and progressed, we were presented with mood boards, design plan ideas, color swatches, and floor samples. Melissa even took us to stores and showrooms to see things in person! Her ideas fit our style, and our house’s function and were exactly what we were hoping for! Not only is she a design whiz, but Melissa is also a project manager extraordinaire. She expertly guided us through every step of the process, from finding a person to rebuild our staircase and floors to selecting the perfect flooring and doors to finding the ideal furniture and paint colors. She has a great eye for detail and ensured everything worked seamlessly together AND helped us make decisions! Oh…and the best part! Melissa was a joy to work with throughout the entire project. She is professional, incredibly patient, and always available to answer questions. She also has a great sense of humor, and we are grateful for her time and talent. We really trusted her. She made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable and has become a new friend to us!! We now have a beautiful space that perfectly reflects our style. We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation and can't thank Melissa enough. If we ever decide to take on another project, she will definitely be at the top of our list and our first call! We live in a large multi storied house that has launched 3 kids into the world and hasn’t been upgraded in over 15 years. My husband and I are planning next steps and will be building a smaller home for the two of us and repurposing our large home to function as a vacation rental. I would have been at a complete loss without Melissa from Studio Meima to help me! My husband and I remodeled our entire home, and Melissa made the process SO much easier; she advised us about trends, as well as items that would look good now, and in the future. She helped me push my decor boundaries, and as a result, I ended up with a home that is designed and decorated EXACTLY as I envisioned! I asked a LOT of questions, and Melissa was always patient and kind; pivoting when necessary to explain things in a way that made sense to both myself and my husband. Melissa isn't just good but she is GREAT!! We enlisted her expertise for our main floor re-model. She was absolutely incredible in her ability to listen carefully to our ideas... incorporated our french antiques into the design ideas... worked with our contractor seamlessly and helped us create the kind of french contemporary look we were hoping for... I would recommend her!!
