We are living in our dream home! We've been here for 6 months now and are happy as can be. Josh & crew were fantastic to work with and we love that they aren't mass producers. They helped problem solve when necessary and made great suggestions when asked. Their subcontractors were all great as well. Something we appreciated is that Josh has his own employees and only subs out the more technical aspects such as plumbing, electrical & HVAC. His own guys built (frame, roof, floor, etc.) our house and we got to know them. They've been responsive after the fact when we've needed tune-ups here and there. The best thing I can say is that after all is said and done, we'd choose them again.

Completed a fairly extensive remodel including complete redo of master bath; new wood floors in living room/dining room; replacement of kitchen counters and backsplash; addition of pantry and other cabinetry modifications; electrical upgrades; interior repaint; insulation upgrade; plumbing and hot water upgrade; and other misc. upgrades and revisions. Work was done very professionally and timely while we were living in the house for most of the time of the remodel. Work was budgeted in detail ahead of proceeding to work and was completed at a cost below budget.
