They did it again! Precise Homes Renovations came through in a big way and helped us realize our vision. We’d been wanting to elevate our patio ceiling with a wood look accent and replace two ceiling fans. We shared our ideas with Stephen and he was excited to help us bring this to life. He showed us a few examples of similar projects that he had completed and we were onboard. Stephen and his team, made the process a breeze from start to finish. His team was punctual, precise, respectful of our property, and above all extremely skilled. Stephen coordinated his carpenters and the electrician so that work was ongoing and time was used effectively. As usual, Stephen was on site throughout the project to make sure that the work was to the Precise Homes Renovations standards and that we were happy with the progress and final results.

I had Stephen and his team do a complete kitchen remodel & flooring at the beginning of December 2025. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Stephen came out for a consultation and provided a detailed estimate along with a 3D model of what the kitchen would look like. The initial estimate was much lower than estimates provided by other contractors and well below our budget for the kitchen so we decided to upgrade a few features. Stephen was very helpful in this process of recommending alternative ideas that would fit our kitchen style better than what we originally had in mind. For example, he recommended a waterfall style floating island which ended up looking incredible. The entire project was complete within a few weeks and we were able to move back in prior to Christmas. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the new design as it looks and feels like a brand new house. Highly recommended, and excited to do more projects with Stephen & his team.

I was recommended precise homes by a close friend for a glass replacement in my shower and wow! They did it so quick and pricing was more affordable than other quotes I received. Highly recommend if you’re in the tampa area.

Our shower pan was backing up and leaking. Precise home took our little bathroom all the way down to the studs and built it back up. The quality of work was great. They also kept the work area as clean as possible!

Stephen did an amazing job on the flooring at my place! I had old, disgusting carpet, and he and his team came in and replaced it so quickly — they finished everything in just one day. My new flooring looks incredible — so much cleaner, and it even makes my place look bigger. They were professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality work. Precise Homes Renovations did a great job remodeling our shower! They helped us with choosing a color way that complimented our cabinets and Stephen was very easy to work with. Thanks again to them!

Although I liked the layout of my kitchen, I needed new cabinets and granite! Stephen from Precise Homes was very professional and provided me with a couple 3D models so I can visualize different colors in my kitchen. It wasn’t as expensive as I anticipated, which was a bonus. I will be using them again when I remodel my bathroom!

We had some home repairs that we needed done, including some dry wall that was damaged due to a past water leak, and Stephen from precise homes was extremely professional! My favorite part of this company was their responsiveness. I had many quotes done and they were the most affordable so I was a little weary at first but it worked out perfectly. I highly recommend them!
