Strongly Advise Against Hiring KLB Remodeling I deeply regret hiring KLB Remodeling LLC for several small remodeling projects on my newly purchased home starting in July. My experience with owner Kelly Brown has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I feel compelled to warn others. Communication was by far the worst I have ever encountered with any contractor. Phone calls, texts, and emails frequently went unanswered for days or even weeks, with no explanation or apology when she finally responded. This left me constantly in the dark about the status of my projects. The quality of the work was inconsistent and often required redo’s because it did not meet basic expectations or match what had been discussed. I noticed that Kelly rarely visited the job sites to supervise or verify that work was being done correctly. She seldom checked in with me to confirm that the results aligned with my vision, leading to multiple avoidable mistakes. Despite repeated promises to fix issues or complete remaining items, many things remain unfinished even months later. I always paid every invoice promptly and in full, yet the follow-through on her commitments was severely lacking. Save yourself the stress, delays, and disappointment—please do not hire KLB Remodeling for any project, big or small. I learned this lesson the hard way and wish I had chosen a different company.

Thank you KLB Remodel for our new master bathroom! Kelly was so helpful from the design through the completion of the job. It is so hard to find good contractors these days and I am beyond pleased to have found Kelly and her team. We did a large master bath project. It was started and completed within the discussed time frame and when any minor issues occurred, Kelly was quick to remedy the situation. Most importantly, the end product is BEAUTIFUl and I would recommend and use KLB in the future.

Kelley and her team remodeled my bathroom. She had excellent design suggestions and managed to step of the process very closely to ensure we were satisfied. We love our new bathroom!
