We LOVE our home now. It's beautiful and we get so many compliments. Jason and his crew were always on time and often stayed late. Communication in a home improvement project is so important, and communication couldn't have been better. Melissa helped us pick out all the finishes and answered questions about flooring, wall color, cabinet hardware, sinks and faucets. She talked us through our decisions even when we were worried about our choices. We couldn't be happier. Our home looks like it should be in a magazine now. They took us out of the early 90's and gave us a comfortably modern home.

We have been extremely happy with the results! Melissa was amazing at providing us with ideas and suggestions. Jason was a pleasure to work with! Super reliable, always available. The attention to details was impeccable and he didn’t leave until he was sure everything was perfect. Every day they would leave the house clean and neat. I would definitely recommend him! We live our new bathroom!!

Novem Tile and Bathroom Design is a local, small business that does incredible work! Melissa was so helpful and thorough in helping us pick out the tiles for our new shower, the tiles for the floor, and the custom-made vanity and countertop for it. We were able to choose the tiles, vanity, and countertop from their store off of North Main Street in Summerville, SC. We have owned twelve houses and have done remodeling in all of them. Yet we have never had a craftsman as conscientious and skilled in his work as Jason. His goal was to make sure that we loved the end result, and he was successful!

From start to finish Melissa and Jason made the project go smoothly. They were very understanding and sympathetic to the needs of our project. They took a great deal of time and patience to help us achieve our goal of a handicap accessible shower and bathroom. The result is a shower and bathroom that not only functions but is timeless in design and beyond beautiful. Jason is a true master craftsman and was able to enhance our ideas for the shower and bath. I would without question recommend Novem Tile & Bathroom Design for any home project.

I had the pleasure of working with Novem Tile and Bathroom Design this year on our master bathroom renovation. When I went to Melissa, I had a mixture of ideas and a little confusion over a precariously placed window. She took the time to help me sort out my ideas (and my many Pinterest boards) to create a design that is modern, sleek and quite ageless. I have never taken on any kind of indoor renovation, and I was very nervous about what to expect. I knew I needed to see a mockup which Melissa provided. When it came time to begin the install, she helped me figure out what I needed to source additionally (fixtures, mirrors, etc). The install crew - Jason and Dewey were incredible. They were obsessively clean, respectful and didn't intrude on my family at all. They communicated clearly when they would arrive, how long they would work and what to expect. They did an INCREDIBLE job. Because the don't source very much out -- from plumbing, electrical, painting and tile -- Jason does it all, the job was done with care and consideration. Jason is also a perfectionist which works out really well for his clients. :-)

My home was a new build six years ago. I was not happy with any of the Kitchen backsplash tile choices the builder was offering, so I waited to find not only a suitable tile but also an installer I could trust. My neighbor who had an extensive master bath shower project done by Novem Tile highly recommended Jason. I am an Interior Designer and am fussy about design and install. Melissa, who was wonderful to communicate with, assured me that Jason is a perfectionist. From the time Jason and his assistant Duey showed up (on time) I felt at ease. Jason was nice enough to ask me what part of the design install was most important to me, and we agreed on it immediately. The install is perfection, and I marvel at it everyday. Jason is talented, highly skilled, and professional at what he does. I wish I could hire Jason to fix all the flaws in my home.

We worked with Novem Kitchen & Bath to completely renovate our master bathroom. The best contractor I have EVER dealt with. Excellent workmanship, professional, timely, and DEPENDABLE. We are extremely happy with the end product. No need to talk to other contractors. The best money I have ever spent, worth every penny. Call Novem Kitchen and Bath. You won't be disappointed.

Jason & Melissa @ Novem are awesome and now having just finished our 2nd bathroom project with us, we couldn’t be any happier! Melissa and Jason at Novem are a joy to work with. Melissa came up with a fun design for my primary bathroom and Jason implemented it to perfection. I had previously renovated a kitchen and bathroom and this by far was the best experience. Communication was excellent and once the project started work progressed daily until it was completed. Jason is a perfectionist and the result was fabulous. If I ever do another renovation I’ll certainly use this team!

We were so impressed with the Novem team and we love our new bathroom! The team arrived early each day, took time to set up coverings to protect our rooms and furnishings each visit, cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day, and finished the job faster than we ever expected. They were organized, efficient, and detailed. Their pricing was reasonable and they offered us options within our budget to ensure we could customize the bathroom as we desired. I contracted with Novem Tile & Bathroom Design to remodel our master bath and update our guest bathroom. Jason and Melissa impressed me from the beginning. From our first meeting to the last day on the job, it's been an absolute pleasure to work with them. Jason's abilities and knowledge go far beyond tile. He can literally handle whatever needs to be done - demo, electrical, plumbing - a complete kitchen and bath contractor. Absolutely impeccable workmanship, yet reasonably priced. Extremely responsive to my calls and e-mails - PERFECT communication. On time for work each day and let the job site super clean every evening. They have their own tile showroom, a cabinetry line and Melissa offers optional design services, if needed. She worked hard to find a particular tile I had envisioned and presented 3-D designs so I could clearly see how the selections would look in the space. Novem Tile is a great example of how a small business should be run. This company is a true gem. My highest recommendation and best wishes for continued success.
