Maurice and his team did a great job with installing crown molding through the whole house. When i presented a challenge with installing curtain tracks behind the molding at every window, they figured in out and did an amazing job. Very happy with the work done. Customer service is their priority! Thank you, Team!

Granted Properties and Construction recently completed a renovation of our rental property. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. The workmanship was top notch and the price was fair. Maurice the proprietor and his entire team were professional and efficient. All phases of the project were completed in a timely manner and we were regularly kept up to speed as the project progressed. This is a great company and we highly recommend them.

Excellent work from a great company! We contacted GPC to assist us with minor renovations to our new office space. As a fellow veteran owned business we knew that we were in great hands with GPC. They were very knowledgable and attentive to our needs using their years of expertise to make valuable recommendations. The project consisted of a complete buildout of rooms, walls and hard wood flooring. Since the completion of the project we have received numerous compliments on the quality work.
