We had Tim and his team at Woodstone Renovation perform an extensive remodel of our upstairs living space. The project included reconfiguring an existing bathroom, creating a master bathroom and closet, and work to the staircase and hallway. We particularly liked Tim's attention to detail in both the planning and the finished product, as well as his communication style. Tim was always available and kept us very informed of status updates, adjustments to the timeline, etc. The project was completed about a year ago and everything remains looking and functioning great. We'd highly recommend Woodstone for anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable contractor in the Twin Cities.

We have been thinking of remodeling our kitchen for almost three years. Prior to getting bids from Woodstones we have spoken or gotten bids from four re-modelers, attended two trade shows. We have finally settled with Woodstone. Tim Oskey, is our contact person. We are extremely pleased with the Woodsone professionalism through out the project lifetime Everything was open! Everything was in writing. Their estimate was right on the dot with final cost. Estimated date of completion was right on scheduled date. The contractors they hired are professionals meaning they did the work as expected from any home owner. During the work progress, Mr. Oskey visited work site, examined the finished work EVERY DAY. If something is not right, he made them redo. He told us in advanced what is going to happen (is it the job of plumber, electrician, painters etc.) on what day and what time. During the work in progress Mr. Oskey make sure that we are least inconvenienced. For example, we want to make sure the floors upstairs and downstairs are cleaned before the ducts are cleaned. Therefore he scheduled the work accordingly. Mr. Oskey participated in every step of the way for example, in the selection of material, floors, kitchen granite, even door knobs. Advised us on quality of each materials including appliances. Also delivery of appliances, are coordinated such that neither the workers have to wait nor Delivery Company. Everything was timed like a clock. When we have to pick some materials, for example, light fixtures, he asked us to inform him so that he will schedule electrician. Yet, Mr. Oskey is very flexible if something is not right. He did not hesitated to reschedule the task. Mr. Oskey is friendly person. He gives his opinion and leaves it to us to make final selection. He participated on the design and gave his opinion where we need or do not need professional designers. Suggested many cost saving hints without cutting corners. Do we hire Woodstones again, Yes we do without hesitation. Do we recommend to others? Yes we do with utmost confidence. If any of their potential customers would like to speak with us or look the workmanship we are glad to oblige.

Woodstone finished our lower level. We are very pleased with the results. They do quality work, are neat, and completed the project on time. They were very good about communication and I was happy with all the subs that they hired. I highly recommend them.

There is no rating high enough for Woodstone Renovation! We have had other remodeling/addition projects over the years (not the most pleasant) and our kitchen remodel was by far the best experience we have ever had- or could have ever imagined. Our kitchen was 12 years old and we needed it to be completely overhauled to get what we wanted. One major obstacle was our timeframe. Tim Oskey made it happen. Not only did Woodstone finish the project on time, but we continued to add more on as we saw things coming together. Another obstacle was tying in the existing decor/style of the house with this new kitchen. Woodstone's team made recommendations that not only were very cost effective, but truly transformed the "feel" our home overall. The attention to detail, quality of the workmanship, and respect that Woodstone Renovation has- is incomparable. Tim personally came each morning to view progress, review the day's plan with work staff and provide updates...always positive, organized and on time. We hired Woodstone Renovation in the fall of 2011 to renovate our home, and we are so thrilled we did. From the very first meeting we knew that the owner, Tim Oskey, was a good fit for us. My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something.
