Lisa transformed our kitchen and main floor with an end result that exceeded our expectations. She was a delight to work with and was very quick to respond during our interactions for this project. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a renovation done, big or small.

Lisa is an amazing designer. I have engaged her services on several projects in several homes over the years and am currently engaged in a bathroom project. She takes the time to understand her client and their needs. She listens, offers suggestions, identifies the pros and cons of every design and selection. I have always been over the moon pleased with the end result and never disappointed. One time, I purchased a house before it was finished. When I finally moved in, I was so disappointed with the end product I was ready to put it back on the market. Lisa arrived, calmed me down and worked her magic. Today this house is warm and inviting and I can’t ever imagine leaving it. In today’s world, things change quickly and new products arrive on the market everyday. I don’t know how she manages it with her busy schedule and a family, but she always seems to be aware of these new products and whether or not we should be introducing them into our design. Her customer service is a 10. She stays in touch with clients updating them along the way. She is always available to answer questions or concerns. She isn’t happy until she knows her client is happy. Thank you Lisa for all you have done for me over the years. I don’t know what I would have done without you.

We highly recommend Westyle Interior Design! We did a full kitchen renovation in Mar/April 2020. Lisa drafted several designs for us and we worked with her to select the one that worked best. She really listened to us and incorporated all of the features we were looking for and also recommended features we would never have thought of. Once we settled on the design, she helped us with all of the design decisions. There are so many and its so easy to mess up the look of your kitchen!! She never tried to impose her own style on the project but instead really worked with us to create our dream kitchen. She also wasn’t afraid to tell us if she thought something wouldn’t work and why - which we really appreciated! Lisa is an amazing designer. We couldn’t be any happier with our kitchen ! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lisa through our post-fire rebuild and renovation project. A skilled professional, she quickly understood our needs and produced a really innovative design that we love and impresses everyone who visits. Lisa made us feel like partners in the process; she designed the space and helped us select colours, flooring and lighting; she kindly (but persuasively) helped us avoid mistakes; and she generally made what is often portrayed as an ordeal into a pleasant experience. What struck me most about Lisa was how carefully she listened to what we were looking for in our renovated kitchen and how thoroughly these elements were integrated into her design. While she did not hesitate to give us her best advice, she delivered a design for our kitchen--not a Westyle or Lisa Poirier kitchen. My husband and I got to know Lisa during our complete kitchen renovation in June 2015. Lisa is a pleasure to work with on every level. She made our concerns her concerns, our vision became her vision. A great listener with a positive attitude and many years of experience, which is absolutely what you need when embarking on a big reno project! One of the most common comments is that the kitchen fits beautifully with the architecture of the rest of the house, it is shiny and new, but it belongs. My husband is a chef and we impressed upon Lisa that we had no desire for a show kitchen, we needed a kitchen that performed. She delivered that to us. Lisa Poirier designed our kitchen renovation in the summer of 2014. The experience was completely positive and satisfying. Our plan was to update a tired dark kitchen and the transformation is wonderful. It is exactly what we wanted. Bright, inviting and the heart of our home. Lisa's professionalism was above and beyond. She was very easy to get along with and she was able to incorporate our ideas and wishes into our dream kitchen while also keeping us informed of the latest trends and styles. I know Mrs Lisa Poirier for the last 10 years.She has been working in our house 2 times.The first time was in 2005-2006 for major renovations : rebuilt the kitchen,the children bathroom,and the whole basement and has been consulted for the colours of the whole house.The second time was in 2013 for the master bathroom.Lisa is a very easy person to work with.She is taking time to listen and understand carefully the needs of her clients. She know very well how to establish a good communication with her clients and we were very comfortable with her.She loves to challenge her clients with new ideas, new concepts. Lisa Poirier was the kitchen designer that we worked with when we hired the kitchen renovation company, Louis L'Artisan. She was a pleasure to work with , and made the whole renovation experience a pleasure. She had great ideas, put together a fabulous design that utilized our space in the best way possible, made some wonderful selections for the products to use in the kitchen, was calm and professional and very knowledgeable about the entire project. The selection process for everything from drawer pulls to granite was facilitated effortlessly by Lisa. She was on site frequently to ensure the renovation was proceeding well. We also needed to replace a window and patio door in the kitchen, and so Lisa put us in touch with a colleague who was also very professional and the window and door renovation was easily fit into the kitchen renovation schedule. We now have a kitchen that is a joy to work in, and everyone who sees it is awed. We truly enjoyed working with her and with her entire team. I would highly recommend Lisa as a kitchen designer.
