I had a fairly significant remodel done on my house, bringing the look forward 40+ years. This work was performed in April 2024, but I wanted to wait a year before I left a review to give a genuine opinion of the quality of work. I can honestly say, everything has been great! From day one, Mary was easy to work with. This is my first and only house, and I had never done any kind of remodel before. I required a lot of hand holding and guidance, both of which Mary supplied. She upsold me on things that turned out great and backed off on other areas to keep the budget reasonable. The results were tremendous! After a year of living in the house, I have no significant complaints. Everything is holding up as well as when it was first installed, outside of some extremely minor things. And by minor, I'm talking things so inexpensive and insignificant they aren't even worth mentioning. The cabinets, countertops, lighting, drywall, flooring, bathrooms - all are holding up great! I have a home that's more functional, more beautiful, more comfortable, and requires less maintenance than before. What more can you ask for?

We hired Mary Wild and her team to remodel our bathrooms, great room, and dining room. We’ve remodeled before but nothing on this scale. We have partnered with Mary at Wild Development for three major home improvement projects, and as always, we are thrilled with the result! Simply put, Mary gave us our dream bathroom. When the project began, she listened to our wants and needs, and developed a plan to rework the whole layout. She guided us in the right direction as we chose finishes, tiles and paint colors. Not only is our bathroom now functional, it is a work of art. She instinctively knows what will work design wise and is extremely visionary. As our bathroom started to take shape, I was amazed at what she did with the space. It is easily my favorite room in the house! She is great at communicating when and who would be coming to work, and we never had a single scheduling issue. No one ever showed up unannounced which I greatly appreciated. All of the contractors she used did stellar work, and were trustworthy and honest. She was quick with the timeline and scheduled projects one right after the other. When it comes time to remodel our kitchen, Mary is the only one I’d trust who can be creative and visionary is reworking an awkward space. We look forward to working with her again. Mary Wild was a delight to work with in replacing the flooring in my entire home! She scheduled a crew to remove my tile floor and carpet on a Friday and had another crew start installation of LVP and baseboards the next Monday. I was able to reach Mary right away via text or phone whenever needed. There was an issue with reinstallation of my toilet, and she took care of it immediately! The only area I didn't have new flooring installed was my master bathroom. Mary had the new baseboards installed in that room so they matched the rest of the house. I would highly recommend her!

We remodeled our master bedroom suite with a complete bathroom makeover including tub removal, a zero-entry shower, cabinets and lighting. This was the second major project she has done for our home. The project included replacing the floor in an office and built-in cabinets in another room, as well. Mary was the central person in the design, demolition, and reconstruction. She had great ideas, was thorough, on-time, and tenacious with every phase of the project. We were always involved and informed. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The end result is beautiful. Our master bathroom remodel is a GREAT testimony to Mary's creativity and dedication to her craft. She took a project that was going to take a while due the times and kept it organized and on schedule. Her resourcefulness and imagination gave us exactly what we were looking for. She is a good listener. She has a lot of good suggestions. She lightened the stress that came with a project that was due to a behind the wall plumbing leak. She has a great and fun personality!

My husband and I truly love our kitchen. Our designer Mary Wild was great to work with, very professional and responsive. She guided us through the process step-by-step, made suggestions and answered many of our questions. We had a tight schedule and she effectively meant the deadline.
