I needed repairs made to my existing sliding glass doors. I was told I had to pay a service fee for a technician to come out and evaluate the repair in order to order the necessary parts. This fee was to be applied to the cost to repair the doors. I paid the service fee, technician came out, wrote down the style number of the door, and informed me that parts could not be supplied. What a shame...I could have given that number over the phone without a technician fee! Also said they would look for alternative parts. One month later, I am still waiting.

We were retrofitting a house and shopped a couple of Anderson Dealers and got the best price from Window & Door Pros. Jen was very helpful and accommodating as we had to change the dimensions after we got the trim off. The gliding glass patio doors were 8' long and VERY heavy. But the delivery team was excellent. They called ahead, found our place way out in the country, arrived on time, and were very professional and very helpful. All the things you want from a firm. I'd use Window & Door Pros again.

Jason was very helpful to me. He listens, seeks to understand your needs and is respectful. I had the best experience with this company. What most impressed me was their attention to detail. I had them come back and straighten one window. Jason did not push back and was super helpful and understanding!

We used Window and Door Pros for our renovation project, and found them to be excellent to work with, both knowledgable, and flexible with scheduling. The interior door installer valued quality over speed, for which we are grateful. The result is doors aligned carefully and evenly. The pros were very helpful with resolving a wrinkle or two, and we are well satisfied. All phases were completed on schedule as promised.

Commented: What are the trim colors?The painted trim was completed by the customer, the finish on the doors was a factory clad color choice option, we have several clad options to choose from when it comes to color selection.
