We had our windows and doors replaced recently (12 openings total including the front door and patio door) and overall we are very happy with the whole project. Roman and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and started working right away. Roman introduced himself as the crew leader and explained how everything was going to happen during the day, which made us feel much more comfortable. The weather wasn't great and it was raining on and off, but the guys still tried to keep everything clean inside the house. They covered the floors and cleaned up after themselves as much as possible. You can tell they do this kind of work every day. Honestly I expected the installation to take much longer because it was a pretty big job, but the entire crew finished everything in less than a day. The difference in the look of the house is amazing and the new windows and doors completely changed the appearance of our home. There were a few small things that needed to be adjusted at the end, but they took care of them right away and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Also thanks to Andrew for helping us choose the right products without any pressure. He answered all our questions and made the whole process much easier. Would definitely recommend Windows by Installer to anyone looking to replace windows or doors.

A week ago, I had eleven new windows installed, and I honestly don't have the words to express how happy I am. At first, the process felt a bit challenging because I had a different style and colors in mind, but the options the team suggested turned out to be so much better than what I had imagined — more interesting, more beautiful, just perfect. The whole job was done in a single day. Everything was clean and tidy — they covered all the floors, did the work, and cleaned up completely afterward. Even though it was several years after Windows by Installer had originally installed the windows, they handled the warranty work agreeably and professionally, and thoroughly (including all the metal trim work around the windows), with no additional cost to us. Everything went exactly how we were told. Installers came out, got to work and were through ahead of time. Windows exceeded our expectations. Since our weather has been nice recently my wife has been opening the windows every day. She loves them. The windows gave our house a little pop with color against the brick. Great windows and sliders, installation was professional , customer service excellent. Had a problem with screen door and they came back and fixed it in short order. No song and dance acts here, just a great company with great employees. I did a lot of research online and found that these windows are built extremely well with high end features you won't find in competitors windows as well as a transferable warranty when you move. Nice!!! Would highly recommend.

We had our house broken into, and one of our external doors was broken. The doors was destroyed and we need the doors replaced. The team did a great job. They sent the experienced person over to help with the measure. Even though the job was small, he took his time and made sure we got the right doors. The doors arrived about 2 weeks later and the installers came and did a fantastic job also. The were kind and did a great job of cleaning up the mess and even hauled off the old doors free of charge It was just great service all the way around and would recommend them to my friends.

We hired this company to replace many windows in our home. First, the quote they gave us was incorrect as they did not include all the windows we discussed. Then they installed the windows with one pane that was cracked. They told us they would order it and return to install. Months passed and when we contacted them they had not ordered it nor had they done anything with the order. Many more phone calls and they finally ordered the pane. They then proceeded to call and tell us they didn't have anyone in the area to install it for many weeks. We now have 3 more panes that have cracked and the windows are less than a year old. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I hired this company to replace all windows in my home. They are not who they are making out themselves to be online. From what I understand a lot of the work is outsourced on multiple levels. Now several months after the job is done and I need them to come and repair some damage that I found, nobody from the company is returning my calls or e-mails. I wish I had not hired this company and I would highly recommend not to deal with them.

We had gotten 7 quotes for this project from $9,000 to $15,000. Several of the quoting companies pointed out that there would be some difficulties with our installation because of center structure on bays and a previously covered over, "hidden" window that we wished to open up. By Installer said that none of these items would be a problem, as they faced some of these issues on nearly every job.The most amazing thing occurred about three weeks later when Alex came by to review the job. I pointed out a little indentation on the frame of one of the windows (about an inch long)and I thought perhaps it might need a dab of paint. They replaced the entire window. The most awesome customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

We were replacing almost 28 windows w/various needs, approx 15 in the front of the house w/grids. 2 bay windows and various other sizes in the back and in basement. Alex who came to measure was great and extremely knowledgeable! The entire installation crew was great. I had a great experience...Very clean and professional installation and the windows look great. The whole process went even better than expected! My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome of our home!! I would 100% recommend this company to all of my family and friends!
