Don’t walk away from this company run! I’m a general contractor in Atlanta and had use the company for several years. However over the last two years Womack iron has failed to warranty his product and deliver any of my orders. In February of this year my company gave a deposit for a set of iron doors that were due to be delivered within three months in July after no less than 20 phone calls and emails I finally received an update from Brian the owner personally stating the doors would be ready in August. At the end of August I received a text stating that the doors would be 12 weeks out again. Full me once my bad fool me twice no way With regards to the warranty work shortly after an install I called Brian again no less than five times to perform some basic warranty work after 30 days of no-shows we had to perform the work ourselves Good luck if you order I’m getting a timely product or any follow up warranty

From the first phone call to the final polishing of the doorknob, we received only the highest level of professionalism from Brian, Jorge and their stellar crew. We could not be happier with the whole process: initial visit, design stage, work contract, payment process, response to inquiries, meeting of deadlines, installation, and final results! I saw the great work done by these professionals and sought a quote for our project. They consulted on what we wanted, presented options and the price was below other door vendors. The install was very clean and workers were courteous. The project was to remove existing front door and surrounding transom/windows and replace with double iron door. Custom work done at a good price, increasing home value, curb appeal and 'wow' factor!

Brian Womack gave me a proposal to install an automatic gate operator for my driveway gate. we signed a contract and I paid him a $2,200 deposit, The work was scheduled to be completed by no later than May 20th, 2015. After repeatedly missing promised start times and one excuse aft another, I requested a refund of my deposit. After evading my several attempts for reach him over the phone, I resorted to filing a claim against him in Dawson County court.

I hired Brian's company, Womack Iron to do my front doors and two balconies for my home renovation this past year and was over the top pleased. From the custom design process to the install and a follow up call, this company and it's employees were great. They didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the job. Thank you Brian for such a wonderful experience with your company. i will use you again for future projects and would be happy to refer you to my friends.

Very good clean work. Everything they made was custom. I am very impressed with the skills the entire Womack team possess.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Brian installed a spiral stair case that was not to code and had sharp edges. My husband had to get a tetanus shot. Brian blamed us and said he is not responsible for meeting code. We sued him, we won, but now he won't pay the judgement. We are out 8000.00 because of his sub grade work. There are plenty of truly reputable companies in Atlanta. No need to use him.

I contracted Womack Iron to design, build and install an iron spiral staircase for my outdoor back deck. Brian returned my call promptly and was on time for the appointment. I had contacted another company but they cancelled the initial appointment twice. The finished product is excellent. The installation crew was also excellent. What I liked most was the ability to visit the Womack shop to watch the progress of building the staircase. I was always welcome with or without an appointment. I had an idea of what I wanted in my mind so Brian suggested I check out the pictures on Houzz for some ideas and photos that could be used to show the design team. I found a similar design to what I was thinking so it was easy to explain a few changed that would fit our current deck design. It wasn't a big project compared to what Womack might normally do but I feel I still received the proper attention to my request and again we are happy with the results. Thanks again to the guys in the shop and to the installation crew. It was interesting to watch the installation and how they approached each challenge to insure a proper installation.

I would highly recommend this company. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and had a reasonable price. Brian was open to design ideas I had and incorporated them into the project. They were able to complete the project before their estimate. Its been about two months and I am glad we picked them.

I had Womack Iron design, build and install a replacement railing system for my home. They did a fabulous job all the way around. I am delighted with their talents, pricing and attitude!

I enjoyed working with Scott as he was very professional and concerned about the Deisgn and quality of his product, which was superior to what I was getting from some of the big metal spiral staircase manufacturers. His attention to detail I and his customer service are what separates him from the rest of contractors out there. The best part is his prices are much more competitive and as such you get value for what you pay for. He will make sure you are happy and satisfied!
