Wooden Sun

After the recommendation from several friends we decided to give Wooden Sun a try for our fireplace needs. On the day of setting the appointment a friendly voice (Becca) answered the call and set the appt) I informed her that I needed my gas fireplace to be cleaned and preventive maintenance performed. She indicated that she would check their schedule and cal be back . In only a matter of minutes she had indeed return my call and was able to work me in the very next day (prior to the Winter rush) . On the next day the tech (Josh ) arrived at my door with all of his needed equipment in hand. Josh immediately started the job and through out the cleaning process was careful handling and insuring every piece was cleaned. I have never seen anyone put so much attention to detail as Josh had ,since retiring from the US Marines. I can’t say enough great things about my overal experience with Wooden Sun and promise to never use any one else except them again. Thanks again Josh and Becca for the great job and wonderful experience!

Wooden Sun did an awesome job! The were very neat and clean from start to finish. They were punctual, courteous and seemed to feel right at home while still doing their job. It was also a pleasure to work with the showroom staff. I would definitely use them for another project.

We went to three other companies and none of them would even provide pricing, because our installation was not cookie cutter. We needed a custom solution and Wooden Sun came through in a big way. Wooden Sun provided reliable and honest advice when they worked on our chimney. We were told how to fix immediate, and avoid long-term, issues. We highly recommend them. Be sure to call well in advance, as chimney season books up fast.
