We had worked with Wright Builders before. Then during a recent cold snap. we experienced a pipe burst that flooded a gallery, recording studio, and adjacent spaces. We called Wright Builders, who arrived that day and erected scaffolding in our stairwell so we could get to the damaged unit, and in coordination with our staff over the next couple of weeks, repaired the walls, replaced the hung ceiling, fixed the sheetrock, and repainted. We were so thankful for their responsiveness and excellent work.

Melissa Caldwell, designer, was great to work with in the early stages of planning. She was encouraging, available for consultation and visiting local supply houses. Her easy, unhurried manner and good taste was a big help when I felt overwhelm with so many choices! Wright Builders does excellent work, is accountable for their (occasional) slip-ups and makes good on all that they promise. We asked for modifications on the existing floor plan that were executed very well. The team of craftspeople that Wright employs are personable, accomplished and very nice to have in your home! The quality of their workmanship and materials seems top notch. They don't skimp. The final product is really beautiful, livable, comfortable and we are proud to welcome our family and friends to our new home.

I can enthusiastically recommend Wright Builders for your project. They built the condominium recently purchased by my mother. The unit, and whole building, is well designed and executed. The staff were uniformly well-informed, pleasant, and responsive to questions and requests. They designed and built extra shelving and cabinetry in a way that fit our budget. Definitely a class act!

Wright Builders is an excellent group of professionals who are knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. We chose Wright Builders to build our house in 2012. We have been living in our home for just over 3 years now and we are completely satisfied. Our home is a super insulated home (12 inches of insulation in the walls and more in the ceiling) with triple glazed windows. Our home has no furnace but is heated by passive solar and two small wood stoves. Our home is 2000 square feet and last year we used under 4 cords of wood to heat our home. When the sun shines we have to be careful not to overheat our home. In addition we have a 10 kw solar system on our roof which provides more electricity than we use. The Wright Builders team that worked with us are experts in building this kind of house. We enjoyed all aspects of working with Wright Builders, from the planning stage at the beginning, which was meticulous, through the completion of the house. As problems and complexities arose, Wright Builders was quick and confident in resolving them. This firm exhibited a high degree of integrity in everything they did. The house was completed on time and exactly on budget. We can not recommend Wright Builders highly enough.

Melissa Caldwell is a professional designer who has an impressive knowledge base and a wealth of experience designing homes. She knows her materials and the quality of tiles and wood flooring and successfully guided us to just what we needed. She understood our tastes and we trusted her advice. Melissa was helpful in finding materials within our budget and had an excellent artistic flare. She was fun to work with and made what could have been a tedious project fun. Melissa was available to us by email and phone when questions came up since we were working with her from a distance. She had other models to show us and other ways couples had used materials to give us a preview of how the choices would look. Melissa was invaluable as a guide and we respected her as a knowledgeable professional in the designing world. We were fortunate indeed.

Over the course of 30+ years, we have chosen Wright Builders for remodeling projects in two of our houses, one of which they built for us. In addition, we have just purchased a 1500 sq. ft. "flat" in a new building, designed and constructed by Wright Builders. Clearly, we are more than satisfied with their work! Initially, we were drawn to Wright because of their willingness to undertake complex projects. In remodeling a colonial style home, constructed in the early part of the twentieth century, we wanted to retain the original natural wood molding. (Other builders couldn't guarantee that they could remove it without damaging it.) Once we began working with Wright, we discovered why we have returned to them again and again: Bids are extremely detailed and NEVER go over unless we ask for additional work. Work is ALWAYS completed on time. Work is consistently of the highest quality. Work is guaranteed. And if or when there are problems, they ALWAYS "make things right." Everyone on the staff is friendly, courteous and willing to give 100% to creating the space you would like to live in. It is often thought an oxymoron to describe a builder as ethical and interested in the common good. Wright Builders is that and more. .

Having never been through a new construction on my own, I wasn't sure what to expect and had no sense of the process that I was about to experience. What I found with Wright Builders, Inc. was a full community of professionals that brought me into their world like part of their professional family. I immediately felt respected, listened to, and truly heard regarding my design ideas and wishes, as well as, my fears. They were more than consultants for me, they walked with me throughout my entire new journey.
