W Studio is unique, setting itself apart from rug stores with poor quality plastic rugs, online stores, furniture stores selling rugs and overpriced stores. The staff, Zach, Alan and the owner are very knowledgeable and help you through the buying process with a great selection of quality, unique hand made rugs at reasonable prices.

Alan and his team were attentive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations but not pushy. They were happy to show us as many rugs as we wanted, we must have looked at almost 100 to narrow down to the top 5. They visited our home with them to see the rugs in situ before we ordered. After the rug had been made, custom sized, they delivered and placed it perfectly. Excellent product and service - expensive (but what 11'x12' silk/wool rug isn't) but so worth it. It's beautiful, we love it. It really pulls the room together... ;)

Our first impression of W Studio’s amazing carpets was at the 2019 Interior Design Show. We met Zach Jansen there and had a lovely chat about the incredible carpets on display. My husband and I, recently retired, are tackling what we need to do to make our home inspiring and a place where we will live happily well into older age. As part of this we were looking for carpets to anchor furniture groupings in our great room and wanted to deal with a firm that offered innovative contemporary design and quality product. After meeting with W Studio Founder, Alan Pourvakil and Design Consultant Zach Jansen for several hours we came away with 3 stunning 8’ by 10’ W Artisan carpets: Laminous Jewel, Secret and Ribbons, all in wool/silk. Alan shared the story of his amazing journey from the beginning of his successful carpet design business and the attention to detail, craftmanship and quality that goes into the crafting of each carpet. These carpets delight us. We are very happy with our purchases and the exceptional customer service.
