My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi, during the pandemic, my husband and I needed to work from home. I have toddler and expecting a baby. We were desperate for space and needed to focus at work. I reached out to Ms. Au and she helped me to create space for a functional home office and elegant dining area in our living room. She was very creative. I like the design layout very much. The cabinetry she recommended has very good quality. We have a lot of people living at home but the storage idea, the room setup and the beautiful designed allows me to invite guest over. Everyone was amaze how I transformed my diamond shape living room into a functional area or my work and family

I had a 1BR gut renovation project which needed an architect. During the time I was not very knowledgeable on the process. I interviewed many architects and decided to go with Yin. During the project, she was very professional, had a keen attention to detail, good knowledge of materials, is up to date with current architectural trends, and overall was a pleasure to work with. Due to Yin's expertise, I was able to complete my project with very little compromise. I highly recommend Yin if you need any architectural work done in NYC.

The service is great! Yin is extremely professional and she knows what she is doing. She listened carefully to my needs and answered millions of my questions. She always was responsive and acted quickly. She really knows the details and things to look out for. She offered a great advise and explained everything and why some solutions might be better than others. She offered a great holistic approach to the design which I really appreciate and value. I wouldn’t be able to do my kitchen without her help.
