We had our front entry door, side lights and storm door replaced in 2020. The guys did a great job. We have had some settling and Z Double B came right away to make adjustments.

Expect absolutely no communication from this company after you sign the contract and put your deposit down. I was given a 10-12 week quote for when my windows would be in. I started reaching out at the end of that timeframe to see if they were in yet. They were not. Two months after the 10-12 week window I was told they were here after I reached out to the company again. I fully believe they would have never contacted me to install the windows if I didn’t follow up. We scheduled a date for install and the guys showed up late. The screen door they installed was broken so I was told someone would follow up with me the next week for payment and to schedule the screen door repair. I didn’t hear from them until 3 months later when they sent an email asking me to pay the 2nd 1/2 of the invoice. They stated they have tried to call me multiple times and left multiple messages about getting the screen repaired. I went back through all of my phone calls, emails and voicemails and of course no record of anyone trying to contact me. I would definitely not recommend this company.
