ZLINE Kitchen and Bath

We purchased the duel fuel RAS-48. It takes almost 35 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees which is absurd. Then, you feel heated air flowing out the sides of your unit which makes the handle on the oven door and even the range knobs HOT. It does not maintain proper temperature regardless of using the high bake or low bake settings. I dread having to contact customer service because I can imagine the run around we are going to get particularly since we are out of warranty. If I had to do it all over again, I would never purchase from this company. My husband is a custom home builder and he will NOT refer Zline appliances ever again.

In 2019, we purchased an RA-36 dual-fuel range for our kitchen renovation. It's beautiful, but from the very start did not seem to preheat properly (took forever!), and would literally heat up the entire kitchen whenever we used it. I found myself avoiding using it, being in denial that I had made a bad choice after all the research I had done on this product. Well, a few weeks ago, the heating element literally caught FIRE while the oven was being preheated, and now it does not work at all. We have been in touch with ZLine, and they offered an unacceptable resolution as new parts are on backorder, and they have no idea when they may be in stock. Now we are left with a heap of useless junk in our beautiful kitchen, and had no way to cook meals through the holidays.

We have just been using our range for 1 month and it does not come up to temperature. It is at least 50+ degrees off, even when preheating for an hour. Customer service told me that it's "normal" for their thermostat to fluctuate 50 degrees. NO HIGH END RANGE DOES THAT. They are not high end. I have spent several days going back and forth with them on email because their customer service makes you leave a message after holding for 30 minutes. After weeks of email exchanges and answering questions and sending them pictures we are still waiting for them to send someone out to service a range that I have only used for a MONTH! I would not recommend them. They claim to be "high end" and they are not! Please stay away! FAR AWAY from ZLINE.

I purchased a Zline range hood and absolutely love the look it gives my kitchen. I wish I could give it more stars. The lights stopped working about 6 months after it was installed. Zline gladly sent me new lights but I received halegen instead of LED. They happilty sent me the LED lights. We replaced them and then approximately one year later the lights stop working again. Zline sent out another set of LED replace lights but that didn't fix the issue this time. They diagnosed the ploblem to be the transformer and sent a new one. Range hood worked great up to about a month ago and the lights stopped work again. I have looked all over for replacement bulbs but can't find them at a local home improvment store. My next step is to contact Zline again for replacement bulbs. Had there been no issues, I would have given it 5 stars. It is a beautiful and well made range hood but the mechanics of the product don't seem to match.

It's weird that I'm seeing all of these positive reviews here, but in my other queries on Houzz those of us with the Zline range and oven are not happy at all. I will try to get the thing working properly this summer, but the pre-heat function does not seem to work properly and the fan is very, very loud and whenever the oven is turned on. I

I love my ZLINE hood, everyone who sees my kitchen comments on how beautiful it is! It shipped quickly and actually looked better than I expected. I definitely recommend ZLINE products.

I purchased the durasnow product line for my kitchen and absolutely love them! No more endless cleaning of smudges. They also work great!!

We purchased our oven and hood from Houzz, and could not be more pleased. We purchased the ZLine 7 burner, dual oven unit while we were remodeling our kitchen. Its the bomb! We have had an issue (minor) with the stove top, but ZLine could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve this. Although we are still waiting for one piece, our unit is 100% operational, which was their main concern. Its one thing to buy a product, its quite another if you have an issue and need Customer Service. Most companies lose business based on poor customer service. Let me assure you, ZLine has amazing Customer Service. Quite simply, they got it right! They actually were completely willing to replace our whole unit! We chose to simply wait for the part to be available, but the fact that they were willing, says volumes! I would not, and have not hesitated to refer people to this company, and in fact, our friend purchased a ZLine unit, and they love it as much as we do. If you are thinking ZLine, do not hesitate.

We finally gave up on our Viking range we have had for 14 years. Never buy a Viking. It was a horrible range with numerous problems. We have had our Zline for only about 2 weeks, and we love it. I am using the oven for the first time this morning. You need to go on line to learn how to adjust the burners, but it is a very easy process. This range is so much more than that Viking. I highly recommend Zline to someone who is looking for a top of the line professional range.

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen last year and decided to go with Zline for our range and range hood. We love our new appliances. Great products and excellent customer service!

Kudos to the Zline kitchen and bath customer service! I contacted them with an issue related to m range hood. They immediately sent me the parts that fortunately was still under warranty.
