OMG! Having moved from out of state, again we purchased a home with the intent to completely gut it from top to bottom (we’ve done this many times so we’re quite experienced working with builders/renovators). In this case we had already interviewed three renovation companies and we were about to choose one when we accidentally stumbled upon Adalay Interiors showroom next to an appliance distributor that had been recommended to us. On a whim I decided to go in and look around while my husband waited in the car. My attention was immediately drawn to an unusual looking cabinet door sample that I knew I just had to have, so I spoke with Tom (the owner), asking lots of questions. After hearing Tom’s answers and listening to his design, construction, and customer service philosophy, I asked him to bid on our whole house renovation. Adalay was right in line with pricing and a match was made in renovation heaven. Tom took my designs/vision, ran with it, and brought it to life. As with ALL renovations, hiccups do happen, but our project manager Amanda, as well as Tom, was right there to solve unforeseen issues. When it came time that we had to move in before the reno was completed, Tom even provided us with a loaner sink/vanity for the master bath. Not only were we pleased with Tom, Amanda, and Kyle (installer), but even his subs were easy to work with and they did a fantastic job. Our renovation turned out beautiful. It was well worth waiting the extra time it took for that last minute, unplanned bid. So yes, I would recommend Adalay in a heartbeat. (Too bad that only six pics allowed.)

Our Interior designer contracted out Adalay to complete a custom shower enclosure. Unfortunately, Tom and his team was not experienced at all in installing this shower enclosure product. In the process of his unprofessional staff improperly measuring the dimensions of the shower, they proceeded to install the product in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner. The Adalay installers scratched and damaged not only the freshly installed shower enclosure. They also scraped and permanently damaged the new vanity unit and cement tile as part of our bathroom remodel. In a poor effort to remedy this issue. Tom personally showed up with the same crew (after we asked for the same crew to not be used) and rudely informed us that he had "watched some youtube videos". Clearly not to any professional satisfaction we had Adalay remove the product they installed only to find out that it was even improperly installed with epoxy and required us to replace mutilple tiles and a marble threshold to start again. Tom clearly has no clue how to run a business and/or handle customer support recognizing and taking ownership when his company has clearly made such a gross mistake. Would give 0 stars if possible

When I contracted with Adalay, Tom gave me a detailed budget and schedule. I new exactly what was happening each day. Tom checked in with me regularly. He worked well with my designer. The process was easy and painless. The job came within budget and time. Had a small hiccup with tile supplier but Tom kept me informed the entire time.

Adalay Interiors are a well qualified company with an attention to design and detail. If you want your project done right and on time that is also in line with the latest styles and designs then this is the company to call.

Adalay Interiors is knowledgeable, friendly design & install company that's very easy to work with. Over the years, we've collaborated with their customers on various projects and have been impressed by just how satisfied these customers have been with their service. Adalay interiors built two beautiful, custom entertainment centers and the cabinets for our master bath. All three pieces are unique, of high quality, and add elegance in the rooms where they are. Tom was who we worked with on the designs. He was very easy to work with and accommodating. The bathroom cabinet design was particularly unique and challenging, but Tom researched many options to complete the design I wanted, and it turned out perfectly. Kyle was our installer. He was methodical, careful, and did absolutely fabulous job. I would hire Adalay Interiors again in a heartbeat!

Adalay Interiors provided a "5-Star" service in the complete renovation of our bathroom. From the beginning of the project to the end, the craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to every detail resulted in a beautifully designed, modern, and functional bathroom. We will certainly be calling on Adalay again in the future to once again transform and modernize our home we can be proud of. I highly recommend them!

We first meet Tom Knotts in January, 2013. He helped us immensely with our kitchen renovation. He was very helpful, extremely patient and always available when needed. We were not the easiest of customers, always changing our minds mid-project. But Tom really cares about making his customers happy and goes the extra mile. Our finished kitchen is perfect! We recently hired Adalay again to renovate our master bathroom. Everything went smoothly and stayed right on budget. We couldn't be happier with the final product! Adalay Interiors and owner Tom Knotts has done an exceptional job totally renovating my entire kitchen, family room and dining area. I interviewed four similar bay area cabinet companies before meeting Tom and I knew within a short time of meeting him that he was the creative, diligent business owner I was looking for. Tom brought ideas to my project that no other company had even remotely suggested....and those ideas made a huge difference in the outcome of our project. Incredibly patient and very detail oriented, Tom and his staff were wonderful to "live through" the ordeal of a renovation. The project meet all deadlines and the budget details were very clear throughout the entire project. I highly recommend Adalay Interiors for any interior craftsmanship project.

Kitchen Remodeling From the beginning to end was a pleasure working with Adalay cabinetry headed by Tom Knotts. His team was professional, very helpful with the design ideas and any questions along the way were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. The construction team at our residence carried out their tasks in a respectful and cheerful manner, it was a pleasure having them in our home. We are delighted with the results and enjoying the excellent craftsmanship of our Beautiful new kitchen.
