We had a need to replace out duel fuel range oven combo in our South Haven, Michigan home and decided to give Bekins a call after finding them on the internet. We were very impressed from the first contact which was a human receptionist rather than a computer. We discussed our situation with a Bekins sales agent and were very impressed with their knowledge and suggestions. We decided to purchase from them and had the unit installed yesterday. All scheduling and installation commitments were kept as promised and we think the unit we purchased will be very good for us for a number of years to come. We will use Bekins for future applicant needs and recommend them to others with household appliance needs.

Our experience with Bekins was top notch from start to finish. From the time we entered the Grand Rapids showroom, until Andrew and Kyle were done with our installations, we were treated with utmost respect. Erika, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions we had about picking out our new kitchen appliances. If she did not know an answer, she took the time to find the answer. She was very professional, as well as friendly. We also learned from Erika that Bekins services all of the appliances they sell, except GE. When it came time to schedule our installations, Andrea was also very helpful. She worked to get the date and time that was best for us. When the scheduled time came, two days later, Andrew and Kyle could not have been more friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home. They also took the time to explain our new appliances, and how they differed from the ones they were replacing. In our shopping process we also discovered Bekins pricing is not that much, if any, different from the big box stores. That alone was worth shopping at Bekins. All in all, our shopping experience was amazing, from start to finish. The folks at Bekins are just nice people.

I purchased new kitchen appliances thru Bekins in Grand Haven, Michigan. Their prices were competitive, their sales people were friendly and informed, their delivery people were prompt and very careful. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a locally owned company with great service and prices.

Bekins..is a whole other experience! Before we even went inside, there were employee's outside grilling for customer appreciation day. Everyone we encountered working there was happy and very nice. Like they genuinely enjoy their job. They have all of the appliances set up and turned on, so you can see them and try them. We did not feel rushed, they take their time and listen. We won't even consider ever going anywhere else. There is no reason to. They are straight up, a 100% class act.

Bekins in Grand Rapids is a great place to get your appliances. They have an amazing showroom and most of the appliances are actually functional. We work with Rick at the showroom and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am always excited to bring my clients to the showroom and look forward to doing many more projects with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Bekins worked with us to supply new appliances to our home. We found the team members to be very knowledgable and prompt with service. It was no problem trusting Bekins with a key to our house for service and installation. There happened to be a slight manufacturer problem with the stove we purchased and upon calling Bekins it was fixed right away and free of charge. We would highly recommend using Bekins for your appliances or electronics.
