Excellent service and pricing! My wife and I worked with Chris Wynn on the selection of our appliances, and he was very attentive to our needs re selection, price, delivery and install. After all was installed, we had a service call that was addressed immediately. I will refer anyone to Capital Distributing for the best customer experience. And a BEAUTIFUL showroom!

Very unhappy with this company! I chose them based on the reviews I found online. Boy did I make a costly mistake. I bought 4K worth of kitchen appliances and after I was done paying I was informed that the did not handle any of the modifications needed to install the equipment. The sales person I dealt with was Lisa, so she tells me that her company uses a contractor and here is his number. Long story short is that the contractor that they recommended screwed up the cuts on my counter tops and now they wont stand behind the screw up. New counter tops are going to cost me around 4K. I did not expect that they would do the right thing but at the end of the day I would caution you to avoid doing business with this company because they will tell you things like this, "Steve I did have a conversation with our pre inspector that Capital had paid to go out and access the cutout that was done by the sub contractor of your choice. When customers ask for referrals we do give out names that have done work for others but they are in no way associated, employed or affiliated with Capital Distributing at all. They are just that, referrals. Joe Bass used the exact cutout specifications, that are furnished by KitchenAid, that were sent to you for Mark's guideline to cut the granite and what he went by was not what was on that sheet. Although it's a very unfortunate and costly mistake he, the sub contractor made, we are not responsible. Once the report is written by Joe I will forward it to you so you can get with Mark Pettigrew to discuss any further plans or actions that you and him workout."

Capital Distributing is always very courteous and provides the best customer service in the city when it comes to appliances. We love their promptness in getting bids out and providing the information and customer service we need to meet the expectations of our clients.

We've worked with Capital Distributing on 3 separate projects, and ALWAYS find them to be the BEST! Great consultants, salespeople, merchandise, pre-installation adviser, installers and design staff. Professional and friendly. THE BEST EVER!!! Our kitchen looks like a million dollars and we have the best appliances in the world!

Capital was excellent to work with on a renovation project. They were very knowledgable in helping me pick out plumbing fixtures and door hardware.

I purchased a microwave and oven from Capital Distributing earlier this year. From the sales staff, to the delivery men, to the installers, I had a great experience with everyone. I had shopped around for price vs. quality and I felt I got the best value at Capital. Their showroom is beautiful and the sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a complicated install since my cabinets were not the exact size needed for the new appliances and the workmen did a great job altering my cabinets, yet matching the finishes. The installers were very friendly, yet professional. I wish I could remember their names because I would absolutely request them again! I highly recommend Capital Distributing!

I had the opportunity to work with B'Ann at Capital and have been so thankful! She is knowledgeable, conscientious, & a pleasure to work with. We purchased all of our appliances through Capital but unfortunately did not get to put them in our house immediately due to delays in finding a contractor. B'Ann housed my appliances for months. Before this, she even notified me as sales & price increases occurred so that I could take advantage of the lower prices. I saved so much money as a result. We are currently in the beginning stages of our kitchen renovation and I have contacted her so many times to get info or advice. She even supplied the name of a contractor who we ended up hiring. I highly recommend Capital and employees such as B'Ann!

Capital Distributing and B'Ann Crooks, my sales rep, are absolutely awesome. B'Ann listened to what I asked for and directed me to the kinds of products that fit my description. She kept it extremely simple, didn't try to up-sell or push me on budget and was able to answer every question I had with factual, knowledgable responses. It is clear that she knows her appliances and the differences between them inside and out. She responded to my every request (price quote options, changes, etc.) immediately, and was a delight to work with. Capital Distributing offered a pre-appliance install inspection, which caught some items that my contractor had done incorrectly, which allowed me to ensure that the kitchen was ready to safely receive the appliances at install. The pre-inspection rep, Joe, was great as well. Professional, well spoken, and very polite when giving my contractor constructive criticism. I just don't experience quality customer service very often anymore, and will use Capital Distributing whenever I can, I so value how they treated me.
