Caplan's Appliances

Late in writing this but we have had such a great experience with Caplan’s. Great products! Very happy. Our sales rep Brendan was so knowledgeable and made the decision process a lot easier. We felt so confident as he knew every detail about the products and took great care in making sure we got everything we needed for our kitchen. The team who delivered our appliances, Shemar, Kayjel and Alex were so lovely, so helpful and made everything go seamlessly. We hope Caplan’s knows how lucky they are to have such incredible human beings working on their team. They have made all the difference.

Had a few problems with a replacement unit for a warranty claim, but was happy when the GM called me directly to make it better. They clearly value the opinions of their customers.

When it comes to superior quality customer service Caplan’s is second to none. We purchased our appliances a few months ago: a fridge, stove, microwave, bar fridge, and dishwasher. Mario, a gentleman of expert knowledge, helped us with our purchases, ensuring that we had the proper appliances for our needs. Caplan’s have an extensive range from high-end to more economically priced appliances, and we were able to find everything we needed, with no pressure. We are excited to learn how to use our Sub-Zero stove in the separate cooking building, where Deborah, a trained chef, will demonstrate the workings of the appliance. We also met Mrs. Caplan, a lovely lady, and the manager. The manager, Steve, gave us his card and encouraged us to contact him, should we have any questions or concerns. Our appliances were delivered by Caplan’s, again, excellent service. There was a problem with the installation, however, in that the installer miscalculated the distance of the counter. When he pushed the bar fridge in, he chipped the lower panel of the counter. I was distraught. We hadn't even moved back into our brand-new kitchen yet, and the installer sloughed off my agitation, claiming the panel could be fixed. He didn't offer to fix it himself, though, nor did he offer to help pay for a new panel. The installer did not work for Caplan’s, directly, although they had recommended him. So, I didn't think it was Caplan’s responsibility, but I told Mario so he wouldn't recommend him again. I received a phone call from Mario and Greg, the sales manager. They requested pictures of the damage which I then sent. They apologized profusely, thanked me for my patience, and told me to order a new panel. They would cover the cost, whatever it was, entirely. They also paid for the installation of the panel - this was $508.00, that cut into their profits. I was beyond thrilled. In this day and age, it is rare to find such outstanding customer service as Caplan’s offers. I have never encountered another company that goes to such lengths to ensure that their customers leave completely satisfied and happy.

We love working with Caplan's! Not only did I purchase my own appliances here but I come back time and time again with clients. They are always super helpful to develop packages and great prices to suit my client's needs. Their customer service is also excellent when it comes to delivery and any issues after the purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Matt Hebert is professional and prompt in communication and Gregg is very personable and knowledgeable. You won't go wrong.

Caplan's Appliances is a wonderful company that we love working with! We bought all our appliances for our upcoming renovation from Caplan's. They had a huge selection and extremely knowledgeable sales staff that clearly understood what we needed and could offer the right solution. The Miele cooking demo was invaluable in helping us choose. We were able to see the products in action and envision how we would use them in our home. Highly recommend checking them out when appliance shopping.

Caplan has been my main destination when appliances are required! They carry the most important lines of products. Regardless of my clents budget, I know that I will always find the right products there. The staff is well trained.
