I have had my appliances almost a year when my range needed service. I called FBS for help and spoke to the most polite and helpful person. Rebecca Warford went above and beyond in my opinion to help me get my range serviced expeditiously and without hesitation. I would highly recommend FBS Appliance for any future issues a person may have with their appliances they’ve purchased from them. If you need service, ask for Rebecca Warford!

1 star because zero star is not an option!! Absolute nightmare!!!! Do not waste your time and money and please go find another store who would provide good service. We bought our Thermador appliances from this company. It is almost a year since they installed them and they have not been able to fix the issues with the appliances and damages from bad installation yet! The installers broke the door for the oven in front of our eyes, hit it to the ground so the handles were damaged and the door would not close correctly. I contacted them several times, had several visits from "appliance genius". Every time they would say something different and my favorite one, this is normal. So apparently it is normal for the oven door to be crooked and sit half an inch outside where it has to be!!! The microwave would not consistently work. It took them 3-4 visits to fix it. Every time I had to take a day off, stay home for these people to come in... So please please please value your time and money and go find a store where they actually know how to do their job!

Love this store. My dryer was delivered 2 days early Yay!!!!! Everyone there is so nice. I had no idea they sold to the public. I'll be back.

Shirlee provided a thorough hand held tour making our shopping experience both extremely informative and enjoyable. We walked away feeling very confident the selection we made was the optimum for us. The professionalism and attentiveness we experienced is without doubt at a level not frequently provided. The best experience - as well as the best price that I could find. Judy was absolutely wonderful to work with - She helped out with our non-taxable paperwork as well. She stopped what she was doing when I arrived on purpose just to meet me face to face, then even met me out on the loading dock as well. March 17th, 2018 was the American Legion Birthday (99 years) and for only $319.00 we were able to get it installed just in time! Thanks again, Judy, and come on out to see us - looking forward to the second Sunday breakfasts and the fourth Friday Chicken Fried Steak dinners!!

We are currently building just north of San Antonio, Texas, and our builder sent us to FBS for appliances. We worked with Ms Shirlee Sanders and the experience was fantastic. Not only was Ms Sanders knowledgeable but she made the entire experience fun. We learned so much during the visit and we were able to make some really exciting selections. We went in expecting to purchase fairly basic appliances but with Ms Sander's assistance we not only able to upgraded our appliances but were able to stay under budget. Highly recommend FBS!!

We had an amazing experience with Factory Builder Stores on a complete remodel of our Kitchen. We visited their showroom in Austin and loved the quality and styles of Cabinets and Appliances. Our Designer Harmony came to our home with lots of ideas and options and helped us plan a beautiful Kitchen. With Stacey’s guidance we chose our appliances. Our new Kitchen has a wow factor that I could only have achieved with FBS.

Kerry does all our cabinetry ordering, design and layout. She is extremely knowledgeable about manufacturers' features and pricing. Her hands on input is invaluable when making sure that room dimensions and incorporation of appliances and vanity features will be properly incorporated into her design. Kerry is extremely helpful; always smiling even when placed under pressure. From initial measurements to scheduling to completion, Kerry is a true professional.

The flood experience was horrible. Kerry. And Jaci helped to make he rebuilding process wonderful. They were so caring and helpful from beginning to end and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help. They patiently answered every phone call and email.
