German Kitchens

Horrible. Just a an expensive way to get sloppy work. The owner shows these wonderful grandiose Kitchens in his showrooms. They are all made by the skilled craftsmen of Germany, his fatherland. His only job to to properly layout a kitchen and then space provided and send these measurements into Germany. In August 2014, I hired to redo all my cabinets, after much debate $25,0000, the first set of cabinets arrived in October!!! to be installed. They did not fit! His measurements were all off, we had to re order. In Late December the 2nd set arrived. Wrong size. After my strong complaints about how he mis measured yet again, and his own analysis of how deep he was in debt to make this kitchen work. He quit the job. With 80% of my money!. After much detailed analysis , and another Kitchen guy I see the mistakes made and the attempts to cover up his sloppy work. Avoid this business and these people.

Building Center No.3 hired German Kitchen for the great hardware and impressive quality of the lacquer finish cabinets. Our client, based in the Brickell area of Miami, loved the finished product . We have had some minor issues arise but German Kitchen has honored the warranty and repaired or replaced any items under their scope of work. Since the products come from Germany, long lead times need to be factored into the design and construction process; but the quality is worth the wait depending on the project schedule. As a courtesy German Kitchen even showed our client how to use some of Miele appliances--which were not in their scope of work.

We had planned a kitchen remodel that included the addition/ installation of an 18 inch dishwasher. Comparing prices and quality of the appliances available, so we chose to go with the Miele dishwasher priced a little high than other brands but quality of the product way above the rest. When looking for a retailer we contacted German Kitchen LLC and received the best service. We arranged to drive down and meet with the owners of the store to look at our options and the product itself, which was on display. Due to the distance from our house to where the store is located, they even offered to stay a little later for us. Now that is Service!!!! We ended up purchasing the appliance earlier than needed and arranged a delivery date about 3-4 weeks out. The dishwasher was delivered on time just like promised (we installed the dishwasher ourself as the kitchen was not ready), received great tips on the care and how to uses it properly. It was a pleasure buying from German Kitchen LLC , anytime again - Thank you!
