My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Dig is an architecture, construction and interior design studio located in Jacksonville, Florida, with projects across the United States—from Montana to the Carolinas. Founded in 2015 by Nick Renard, we are dedicated to the craft of residential architecture, and specialize in creating custom, tailored homes for clients that appreciate creative design. We are happy to join our clients on all phases of their homebuilding journey—whether that’s solely conceptualizing a design and providing architectural drawings, or managing architecture, construction, and interior design for the duration of the project.

Nick at dig Architecture is simply the best. My wife and I are very particular. She is a PhD engineer and I am a business executive so we can be a handful to deal with when it comes to dimensions, layout, follow-up, cost control, etc. Dig was amazing through the entire design phase and was so good we asked him to then build our dream home. He cares deeply about his projects and invest in those projects like they are his own home. We enjoyed working with him and would do it again in a second.

Nick did the drawings for a total gutting/renovation of this condo in Sawgrass. It was not an easy task to work with HOA and contractor, but all worked out great.

Commented: what are the paint colours?The colors look to be Benjamin Moore Woodlawn Blue and Chantilly Lace in the hall beyond. If they are not exactly that they are not far from it.
