Although our home is still in the final stages of construction, we wanted to recognize our Project Manager, Edward, for the outstanding job he's done throughout the build. He is always responsive, professional, organized, and keeps us informed every step of the way. Building a home can be stressful, but he's made the process much smoother. We truly appreciate everything he's done for our family and we look forward to updating our review once our home is complete.

Nick and his team of Lisa and Colton did another superb job on Phase 2 of our project. Phase consisted of gutting our casita. The biggest change was adding a double sink and taking out the tub/shower and making it a walk in shower. The room was repainted and the carpet was ripped out and replaced with wood looking tile. The color combinations look outstanding. We could not be happier with the design by Lisa and the oversight by Colton. Sandifer Design is the only company that will ever work on my house.

Our remodel with Sandier Design Build was a journey to our dream home. What started as a portion of our home being renovated, quickly turned into a full scale remodel. We took our house down to the bones and rebuilt her along side Sandifer’s Team with the love and expression that allowed us to create the absolute best version of our beautiful home. From the design process that reconfigured the engineering and flow of our home, to the selections process that created the flourish and function that we imagined, to the day in day out project management, Sandifer Design Build allowed us the ability to navigate all the challenges that come with a home remodel. Their true commitment to quality and execution of vision ensured that our home was in the best hands. All remodels experience unforeseen issues and delays, that is the world of construction and is to be expected. What was most appreciated was that Nick’s commitment to quality and creating the best case scenario for the project always allowed for us to arrive at solutions that kept quality at the forefront. Edward Lopez, our Project Manager, communicated and executed on requirements with skill, knowledge, and a true kindness. His management style with staff and subcontractors was impressive and the glue that held the project together. We are so grateful for what Edward brought to the project and cannot say enough to express how spectacular he was to work with! Thank you Edward, we love you. Additionally, Nick Sandifer ensures that he stands behind his workmanship, and is quick to respond to any arising issue post closure to the project. As he told us in the beginning, the home is a living and ever changing structure, and he will always make sure the work he performed continues to be what was designed and installed. This stand up approach to quality is exactly why we chose to work with Nick and his team in the first place. We are thankful to have had Sandifer Design Build be part of our remodel journey. Proper time and information taken to give the estimate which was helpful to have the firm costs upfront. Very impressed on the care taken to keep the job site clean during and clean up after the project. Quality work on all details of the project. Highly recommend Sandifer.

I have hired Nick for three separate projects with a fourth on the way. The latest one was a renovation on a new house we purchased last year. This renovation came out beautiful. Nick's team of Lisa, Lenny, Edward, Colton, Nicole, Eduardo and Shelley were outstanding. All the projects were handled with professionalism, and the finished products were beautiful. Lisa's design work is impeccable and, along with Colton's' daily oversight, ensured the results were outstanding. Nick Sandifer and his team are far different apart from other builders. Nick is hands on, charges a reasonable price, his communication is outstanding, and we trust his team implicitly. We stayed in our house during construction, but Colton (our project manager) ensured all the proper care was taken in preparing the house. He cleaned up daily, took the extra time to communicate with us, ensured we were always aware of the project status and timelines and made some great recommendations on some changes. Once again.... we are absolutely thrilled with how our project turned out and would encourage you to consider Nick and his Team for your next project. We would not call anyone else. I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write this review because of the quality product and outstanding service that we received from Nick Sandifer and the Sandifer Design Build Team. I hired Nick for two separate projects. The first was an addition of a 6 Car Garage with a bonus room. This project came out so good that I hired Nick to design and build a Cabana with fireplace and a Pool House with living room and sleeping area in our backyard. Both projects were handled with professionalism and the finished products were beautiful. ( Ask Nick to show you the pictures) I have worked with multiple builders in the past and the thing that sets Nick Sandifer and his team apart from the other builders is that Nick charges a reasonable price, his communication is excellent (he answers the phone), when he says he’s going to do something he does it and he tells the TRUTH! Very hard to find all these qualities in other builders. Both of our projects look outstanding and the quality of the build and workmanship is evident. We chose Sandifer based on all the 5 Star reviews on Houzz. We are serial home buyers, owning 25 overall , building 9 and renovating 7 of those. Our project with Sandifer was a complete renovation of the entire first floor of a home built in 2003 with modest upgrades in the baths and flooring upstairs. All new windows and doors, cabinets and fixtures,appliances,all new flooring, walls removed, structural engineering,electrical upgrades , repiping, new HVAC. From start to finish it took 7+ months. Nick Sandifer surrounds himself with a capable team and is “hands on”with every project he undertakes. Our project manager, Edward Lopez was so easy to work with and always available . The sub contractors on our project are top notch throughout and after we moved in . We are thrilled with the outcome. Truly a 5 Star Home! Five Stars – Exceptional Work and Service I couldn’t be happier with the work Sandifer did on my home. He completely transformed my modern beach house with incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. From the stunning custom wine room to updated living room, everything turned out beautifully. He also gave the entire facade a fresh, modern upgrade, including new garage doors and external lighting, and completely remodeled the master bath—the space now feels elevated and cohesive. Sandifer, particularly my project manager Colton Hathaway, was not only skilled and creative but also extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He delivered on time, communicated clearly, and brought my vision to life far beyond expectations. Highly recommend him for any high-end remodel or custom project. Five stars all the way.

I have built many homes in 4 different states and Sandifer Design Build is by far the best builder I have used. I’ve had other very good builders but Sandifer is exceptional: Always goes one step beyond what’s required The only builder that finished on time Treated my home probably better than his own Uses only the best subs Project manager and staff are professional A little more expensive but you get exactly what you pay for so he’s a bargain and I wouldn’t consider another builder on a future project

We had an amazing experience with the Sandifer design build team! We met with Nick and immediately felt we were in good hands! He has an amazing team that was with us every step of the way and made the process smooth and actually fun! Lisa, our designer, has fantastic ideas and pays attention to every detail ! She took my ideas and then refined them and made them more than I could have imagined! Edward our project manager is kind, attentive, always on top of every detail - and always communicated where we were in the process. After an unexpected house flooding we decided it was time to do a remodel of our home. It was a very stressful time for our family with lots of unplanned expenses and repairs to get our home back to working order. Colton, Edward and the entire Sandifer team were incredible. My husband and I had no choice but to stay in our house during construction, but Colton took extra care to help us with the daily clean up and help minimize the overall construction impact. He took the extra time to communicate with us snd ensure we were always aware of project status and timelines. Colton and the Sandifer team approached each day with kindness, empathy and support — like it was their home under a major renovation.
