We worked with modulus to build a weekend getaway in the Santa Cruz mountains and couldn't be more delighted with both the process and the results. Modulus was a pleasure to work with --they were all about creating a home that met our needs and budget while at the same time ensuring it was a very special environment. The results are phenomenal -- unique, beautiful, comfortable and stunning in its manipulation of natural light and coherence with the site.

While I have not yet met this team, I have chatted with them on the phone. This is the first pro I talked to who was able to get down to understanding what I wanted and asking just the right questions in a few minutes. What a breath of fresh air after the patronizing firms I have dealt with! I hope to meet with Modulus in the new year and will post an updated review if we end up hiring them.
