My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We worked with Patrick Chopson to design our house which was a partial demolition & required incorporating the old house footprint into the new design. We experienced some issues where we asked for specific items that he didn't feel fit to the concept that he had in mind, so he didn't give us these features in the plans. This left us to then address during the build to add them in (the reason for 4 stars). Patrick prefers modern design, we were required by the city to do a traditional design. Overall Patrick did an excellent job working to design a modernized craftsman house with an open floor concept & high efficiency in energy & natural light.

We had a great experience working with them! Julian and his team were very responsive, turned things quickly, and really worked with us to meet all of our needs. They were pleasant, kind, and nice in every step of the way, and really met and addressed all of our needs (and we had many!).
