PSA was founded in 1976 by Hap Pendleton. Hap Pendleton, Registered Architect and principal of the firm (previously co-principal of Creative Shelter Architects "CSA") has been practicing architectural design services in the Cincinnati area for over 30 years. Highly qualified professional talent in tandem with state of the art computer technology is the basis of PSA’s knowledge and experience. Our staff is small enough to keep us thoroughly involved in your project from start to finish while equitably large enough to possess the capabilities needed to generate an efficient work load. PSA’s team-based approach benefits every project by utilizing our knowledge and talents to best match our clients' business strategies and objectives. The Architectural Design team includes a number of architectural staff that work together with the principals to facilitate all stages of design.
