David and I have worked on several projects now. The first he created three different sized stick sphere light fixtures for one of my projects. My clients love them along with anyone that sees them. They added the perfect natural yet elegant element that I needed for this new construction project in Lake Tahoe. The second he had a unique piece of wall art that fit perfectly in with one of my mountain modern projects. At the moment we have another project we are working on creating two more light fixtures. David is a very talented artist and so easy to work with. My clients and I were fortunate to meet with David on his way back from one of his "twig hunting" expeditions in rural Nevada. We marveled at the large bundles he'd gathered, and took advantage of the opportunity to discuss his creative process. The interplay between his thought process and the raw material is palpable. He viewed my client's interior and provided guidance. Our concept was a six foot tall by four foot wide, very open design using a minimal number of twigs.
