I have several items that I've purchased from Perch. I cannot say enough about the quality of each piece. From the knots to the towel holder, I love it all. We installed our towel holder in our main bathroom. We get so many compliments on it. We've had it for over a year, and it has stood the test of time, being that it's used on a consistent basis. The hardware that comes with it is perfect for everyday use. Curtain tie-backs are next on my list!!!

I love the Perch Shop..I have had the pleasure of seeing Ali in her work room and how she makes the knots..she is amazing..there are so many ways you can use her knots...they go with most decors...so you don't have to have a nautical theme..I have always had my order some so quickly...what I like about Ali is that she will guide you every step of the way to your new look in what ever room you are renewing..

We puercased the rope towel holders. Put them on the wall last night and one of them split at the bottom. Never a towel on it! Is this a hint of what is to come? I would like a replacement ASAP. the towel rings are a bit pricey as is, and this does not sweeten the purchase. Not happy. Vickie Thompson

Good morning, I would like to post another review on the Perch Shop. I received EXCELLENT customer service. They acknowledged the problem immediately, offered a replacement and a refund for the defective product. I was e-mailed an apology and I also received a text advising the new shipping date. As usual, Houzz customer service and the venders they work with are excellent... nice to know people still care.
