Celebrating the art of play in design. Studio January is a design studio that creates entirely unique graphic art. We offer one-of-a-kind, very limited print runs that celebrate our love of experimentation and play through printing and design. All pieces are individually hand numbered, stamped and created in the USA. Based in San Francisco, all pieces are designed by Thomas Hutchings, Creative Director. With over 15 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and fine art, Thomas created Studio January to concentrate purely on exploring creativity and believes play is an important part in the design process. Studio January offers Thomas an exploration into mixing fine art with his passion for minimalist design ethic. The studio aims to explore our playful curiosities in life, these explorations have potential to then evolve into more developed projects.
