I create art from nature that diffuses stress and fosters restorative function in our bodies. Sylva Photography’s fine art provides these powerful benefits through Indoor Nature Exposure (INE), one of the components of Biophilic Design. I have loved surrounding myself with elements from nature since I was a child. Encountering beauty in exquisitely executed details in the natural world delights my soul and solidifies a deep peace. I revel in exploring botanical gardens in the US and around the world, creating fine art from nature. My photography is shortlisted for the International Garden Photographer of the Year 2016.
