Endy Sleep

I had a terrible experience ordering an Endy bed. They're marketed as an easy solution, but I would never recommend it to anyone. The delivery period is 9am to 7pm, during the work week, so I had to take a day off work to wait for it. The mattress was not delivered as scheduled, so I had to take a second day off work. Then, when it was delivered, they refused to take it past the street. The package is 5.5 feet tall and 70lbs. It's impossible for one person to lift. I was left in the snow and cold with a giant mattress, trying to struggle to drag it up three flights of stairs. The website says "delivered directly to your door" but that's a blatant lie. I emailed Endy to tell them that I felt misled, and they recommended that next time I "invite family or friends to help." Would have been nice to know this before I was left alone in the street. If you live in an apartment, live alone, are a woman, or disabled, this is not the bed for you.

I bought a mattress from Endy months ago. I was amazed by the ease of the whole process. I ordered online and within a few days it was delivered to my door in a compact box. I bought it without trying it first because they have a 100-night trial to test it out in your own home. The unboxing was fun, quick and easy and the mattress itself is a dream to sleep on! I'm also really happy it's Canadian-made and a lot cheaper than what I would have paid at Sleep Country, Sears...etc. I highly recommend Endy if you're in need of a new mattress.

Took the plunge, happy with it, took a while to adjust from spring to foam but now very happy. Good customer service too. Took about 4 days from order to delivery.

Great quality product with an amazing team behind it. I wish Endy great success in the future, they surely deserve it.
