He then sends invoices for work done, so the client can see exactly how much is being charged for labor and materials. It's very helpful, and also spreads out the payments. He also has great design sense and helped me figure out some challenges to our projects. I love his perfectionist attitude and hope to hire him again next winter to finally remodel our master bedroom and bath and the guest bathroom. If he has one downfall, it's that he's overworked...so it may take a while before he can fit new clients into his schedule. It's worth the wait, though!”
