We just received a sink for our en-suite from Dintin (spotted it on Houzz) Excellent customer service from Alice. It arrived very quickly and was packaged fantastically well. Even nicer than the photo. Nice to have the only one of it's kind in Australia.

i found this company through Google search,they have a fine collection of shell tiles and other products. i ordered 125 sheets of pure white mother of pearl tiles for my store remodeling. it was a bit longer than the estimated delivery time, they sent me photos twice before shipping because they produced the tiles twice to ensure the highest quality. The products i received are fantastic, top quality indeed. worth the wait. that being said,i was worried especially there was a delay in delivery, as i paid by bank transfer. i wanted to pay by credit cards but if they said it's required to submit a proof or my passport and a copy of my credit card, i was a bit hesitated but finally made the transfer because the store name seemed to be a brand.

I ordered a bathtub in January, and wired funds promptly. I received a response immediately afterwards from their sales manager, stating they would ship soon after Chinese New Year (end of January). I never heard back from them and received nothing. I tried calling their number during business hours but it just rings. I've left countless emails with no response. I'm at a loss with this company. If anyone has had any interactions with this co, I'm curious as to the outcome. I'm $3k out of pocket and really unhappy!

I purchased the colorful freshwater MOP tiles for my renovated master Bath. i purchased 95 sf for my shower room and trim around vanity including a half wall. Lovely tile, excellent quality control. There was no loss of tile from backing or breakage in packing, shipping, or installation. Mr Justin Hoo was available, polite,exceptionally helpful to me making my purchase a pleasant experience. The tile arrived much faster than I had anticipated and payment easy through paypal. I have posted pictures in my ideabook.
