The Concierge Service From the moment we’re engaged, we assume full responsibility for the project management of the installation. You can rely on us to: - Connect with the contractor, kitchen designer, appliance supplier and counter top fabricator, and manage all parties from the beginning to completion - Develop a project time plan that co-ordinates and schedules all deliveries, professionals and the installation itself - Facilitate consultations and site visits with the clients and project team. This includes: an initial site visit, a pre-install preparation check, being on site when the kitchen is delivered to check everything is present and correct, and a completion meeting - Complete and circulate detailed reports at each milestone - Take care of any unexpected complications - Provide a complimentary service one year after project completion
