Custom Cabinet Makers Near Sweetwater

“Our experience building our custom home with Noble Knights Construction was terrific from start to finish. We chose Alan Van Why after seeing many of his home builds in the Knoxville Parade of Homes. His team was accommodating every step of the way. We decided to build a completely custom home, sourcing many of the cosmetic materials ourselves, and we were a bit nervous about how this integration would work. However, Alan was great at working with us on our unique requests, and they were flexible when it came to integrating the materials we chose. One of the highlights of this project was how involved my husband was in the design process. He worked closely with their team to include a lot of personalized and unique features in the house, and it truly feels like a one-of-a-kind space. Alan was not only open to creative ideas, he was excited along with us and made sure that our vision came to life. Throughout the build, the communication was excellent. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and we never felt welcome at the job site and included in scheduling. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The house is everything we envisioned, and working with Alan made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Alan continues to be a friend that we are always happy to see! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a custom home builder who listens to your ideas and brings them to life!”

“We worked with Integrity Construction on a full kitchen remodel that involved removing a load-bearing wall, opening up our downstairs living space, adding recessed lighting, and updating outdated electrical in an older, previously remodeled home. Once the walls were opened, it became clear that the existing electrical work was unsafe. Integrity Construction took the time to slow down, clearly explain the issues, and prioritize safety—something that was incredibly important for our family. Knowing the work was done properly and fully up to code gave us real peace of mind. Opening up our home by knocking out walls and removing the beam initially felt like an impossible task given the age and condition of the house. Integrity Construction gave us confidence and hope for our dream home, guiding us through the process and helping us see what was possible. In a sea of contractors, we are so glad we chose them. What truly set them apart was their level of involvement and communication. One of the owners made it a priority to stop by the house every workday to check progress and oversee the job site. We had regular daily calls, and they consistently encouraged us to reach out with any questions or concerns. When challenges came up—as they always do in a major renovation—they were quick to problem-solve and kept us informed every step of the way. We always felt heard, respected, and confident in the decisions being made. The entire process felt thoughtful, well-managed, and personal. The finished space is both beautiful and functional for everyday family life, and we walked away not only thrilled with the results but having built a genuine relationship along the way. We would highly recommend Integrity Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who truly cares about quality, safety, and their clients.”

“My kitchen remodel: biggest “need” was more storage; biggest “want” was lighter, brighter, more modern space. Success! Sunset Builders gave me a top-quality, timely remodel. All of my needs and wants were met, and the result exceeded my expectations. I always felt included in all stages of the remodeling process but was never stressed by the activity. Sunset Builders maintained good communication throughout the project, including planning & design, bid proposal, contract, selection and purchase of materials, and project organization. Caleb Ostrander (Builder) and Ed Vanderbeck (estimator and salesperson) worked with me to formulate the best plan for my kitchen remodel. The manager of daily construction was Isaac Ostrander, who managed the building crews and contacted me every day to hear my feedback, answer questions, and let me know the plans for the next day. Thanks to all members of the Sunset Builders team for their technical expertise, customer interaction and interpersonal skills, hard work, and top-quality results. My project was their priority. I definitely recommend Sunset Builders and will use them again!”
