This review comes well after I had to fire Alex and his team for horrible craftmanship and outright sneaky and dishonest behavior. I would not ever recommend anyone use this company. They will damage your house and hide it all while badgering you to pay. They are not to be trusted and now I'm in the hole trying to fix the damage and garbage work they provided. Bottom line- Do not work with these people. You will be left with a mess of problems and they will not be honest with you.

This is the first time I have ever written an online testimonial. The exceptional work of Alex Trujillo and his crew well deserve public recognition. I needed to have a total remodel of my bathroom. Stepping out/over the bathtub became a physical hazard, so a walk-in shower was needed. That led to completely remodeling the entire bathroom. By far, my biggest concern was selecting a general contractor and crew who would do the job as promised - and do it with high quality, on time, on budget, and with minimal stress for me. I feared selecting the wrong general contractor would lead to nothing but huge disappointments. I am so very thankful the designer I was consulting with recommended Innovation Complete Construction, specifically Alex Trujillo. From the very beginning, Alex exemplified professionalism and pride at doing quality work. When Alex says he will make it right for the customer, he means it - and it is always done in a quality manner. At the start of the project, Alex gave me a projected timeline of benchmark activities. The remodel essentially proceeded as planned. He kept me informed of what to expect to happen each week. Alex does top notch, exceptional quality work and always strives to make the customer happy. When Alex makes a promise, he delivers. If anything happens that may need to be reworked, it is done - at times before I even mentioned it. The gut rehab/remodel was a rather stress-free experience. I now have a much safer bathroom and one that is both very functional and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with how the bathroom now looks. From a selfish perspective as I might have more remodel projects that I would want Alex and his crew to do, giving this much deserved, glowing testimonial might generate more work for him and thereby delay any future projects I want completed. Even if that should happen, excellence deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded. Consequently, I highly recommend Alex Trujillo, Innovation Complete Construction, for your home remodel projects. I have worked with Alex and his team on a couple projects now, the latest being my entryway bathroom. Alex not only helped bring my idea to life, but also helped shape the idea. He has a ton of experience and was a great support for design consultation. Alex and his team are incredibly professional, always on time, and communicative. With the bathroom, we ran into an issue with the height of the vanity based on the plumbing. He gave clear options for fixing or leaving as is, and worked with my building to schedule a water shut down to solve. He also recently did a bookcase project for me - taking my IKEA bookcases and turning them into built ins. The project looks fantastic. I look forward to continuing to work with Alex and his team more in the future!

Alex and team have been amazing to work with throughout the rebuild of my basement. The communication, timeliness, and work all around was great. 10/10 would hire again.

Alex is FANTASTIC to work with! Unlike many contractors, he's responsible, answers his phone and does what he says he will do! He worked with my interior designer and she absolutely loves him. Complete remodel of my kitchen, dining, living rooms, one bedroom and guest bath. Thrilled with the results. He was dedicated, honest and helpful through the entire process. Would highly recommend and would use again. Oh, and bonus: when other vendors came in, like the closet folks and electricians: he expertly project managed them and always took care of MY best interests. Really awesome job!

Alex and his team worked with us through the nuttiness of the pandemic and delivered an absolutely beautiful kitchen in our Chicago condominium.

Alex and team dug out a fully unfinished basement that was dead space and helped me create a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that my tenants are loving. While I did the design the execution was awesome and I am super happy with the end product.

Truly amazing work and highly recommended! Alex and his crew are professional, attentive to detail, highly skilled, neat and tidy, and the work they did for us is both top notch and reasonably priced. We recommend them absolutely and without qualification. Alex responds quickly to our texts and is reliable and always pleasant. The recent project they completed for us includes extensive painting, removing carpet in several rooms and replacing it with vinyl flooring, fixing plumbing issues, adding light fixtures, building a new wall and adding a door, repairing windows, installing wallpaper, and several other small repairs. All this was done on time and went off without a hitch. We feel lucky to have found Innovation Construction. Our experience with them was the best!!!!

Minutes into meeting Alex, I knew I was going with him. It was clear that he had my best interest in mind. He provided great advice on what I should do with my project and even took time out of his busy day to shop for materials with me. In a matter of 2 weeks, Alex and his team completed the transformation. I don't have to note which is the before and after, the pictures explain themselves. Innovation Complete Construction did an espectacular job remodeling my master bathroom and kitchen. The guys were very profesional , polite and extremely clean. husband and i would come home to not a single piece of dust garbage whatsoever. My family and i HIGHLY recommend them!
