Buyer beware! This company charges the customer for their mistake! I had a very simple project - I ordered a quartz top for a mudroom sink to place on top of one cabinet. It included backsplash. They did not drill the faucet hole taking into consideration the backsplash. See pics. I called to ask them to fix it and they said it would $150 extra. Tina talked to the owner Ken and he said $75. This is horrible customer service. It also took multiple times to finally get in contact with them. I planned to redo my kitchen counters - I will definitely not be using this company. I would not recommend this company at all for countertops.

100% recommendation. Had Arkadia Surfaces replace my existing kitchen countertops with quartz. What a transformation, the team at Arkadia precisely measured and installed the counters. Ken was excellent to work with on selecting the quartz counters.

We purchased quartz for kitchen countertops from available stock at their showroom. We contracted the job on Tuesday, measurements were made in our home on Thursday, and the countertops installed on Saturday.Their pricing was competitive with another local dealer and much lower than Home Depot. Both Ken and Suleyman were patient and willing to answer our many questions. The whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

I have found few companies who have been as accommodating as Arkadia. I had been ill and Ken came to my house several times to help me chose granite and just the right backsplash. I had little knowledge about how to best match floor, countertop and backsplash. Ken's knowledge was much needed and greatly appreciated. He is very patient and listened to my needs. He helped me to avoid a few mistakes that would have shown what a novice I am. Every single installer who came to my home to complete the installation was pleasant, professional, and cleaned up every drop of material waste. They protected my countertops and my floors. I am in awe of the quick turnaround time and the VERY professional service I was given. He went above and beyond anything I could have expected. My kitchen is beautiful!

We expanded kitchen island with Arkadia Surfaces. Ken and Ibrahim are very knowledgeable, dedicated and attentive. They came out in midst of thunderstorm and gave us the the best estimate out of 3 others we were considering. Fantasy Brown they recommended matched our existing countertop elegantly and gave our kitchen upgraded look. They did excellent job! Highly recommend Arkadia!

I contacted Arkadia Surfaces upon recommendation from my cousin who bought her kitchen cabinets and counter-top from them. I went to Arkadia for a kitchen design. They walked me through the showroom and their slab inventory during the first visit. We also discussed my project and made selections. Ken came up with a great combination of cabinets and quartz selection for me. They listened to me carefully and answered all my questions. On our second visit we ordered our products. Once everthing was received, they installed my countertops in one week. I am very pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend Arkadia for any type of kitchen or bath design project.
