We are a kitchen and bathroom renovation company, not a cleaning company, so please rate your experience on the construction premises.

As a response to your complaint, to ease our client's burden of cleaning construction mess, we have a third party cleaning crew. Who offer free cleaning services for the construction area only, and this service is scheduled as soon as the job is concluded. This service is not a house cleaning service, and doesn't offer any of your regular house cleaning routine, it is strictly construction site clean up.

Instead of scheduling this complimentary cleaning, you have requested for the whole house to be cleaned once your other projects, which were done by other companies, were concluded. As Blue Galaxy, we do not offer this service. I have informed you that the people who do our cleaning have their cleaning company, and they do offer what you are inquiring. I suppose at this point it was my mistake to get involved. I should have just given you their number, but instead I tried to help to both parties' with communication due to cleaner's language barrier, I have informed you of a price they have given, by which you have already hired someone else to clean the house. At this point, since it is no longer a construction cleaning, we do not schedule any free cleaning services for the job site as Blue Galaxy.

Furthermore, you have mentioned that the reason you have gotten in touch after you have already hired someone was due to your dissatisfaction with their services. Sadly, I have no response to give you other than maybe the phone number of the third party cleaning services we use. Since it is no longer a construction cleaning, this is between you and whomever you choose to hire. I hope this explanation help clearing your poor view on cleaning aspect of our services.
