Conestoga Tile

In May 2017, I came to Conestoga Tile to look for tiles for two bathroom projects. This was suggested by my General Contractor, Wifloors. These were my first home renovation projects and I was overwhelmed by all the options. I needed to make all tile selections by the following day. That's when I met Cheryl Scruggs, wonderful Designer Consultant at Conestoga. She listened carefully as she explored my style, my budget, my existing home decor and what my goals were. She was very natural, patient and easy to talk to. She gave me such peace of mind. The product selections of floor, wall and mosaic tile she suggested were spot on. She also helped me match some lovely paint colors that match the tiles. I couldn't be happier with Cheryl's recommendations. She also educated me about design and encouraged me to step outside of the box. I'm very pleased with the results of our partnership. I learned a lot from Cheryl and look forward to working with her again at Conestoga Tile. My bathroom projects are still a work in progress because the work got delayed. But the beautiful tile has been installed and I'm so happy with the results. In fact, I've already told a couple of my friends to go talk to Cheryl at Conestoga Tile. My contractor took me here to select tile, it is far from my house in Annandale, but worth the drive. The staff is knowledage and Ben our sales guy went out of his way to send us tones of samples. We love the kitchen backsplash & you would not know it met our very small budget. When we pick up our products, we are so impressed that he knows all the different clients (subs) by name and is always personable to them all. Tony is the reason we go out of our way to take our customer to the Chantilly location; FYI we drive past two of your other competitors’ showroom. Last but not less, Lauren is a great sale rep, her eye on color and knowledge of the inventory helps guide our Customers in the right direction. We rearrange our appointments to have our Clients meet with her only. We highly recommend Conestoga Tile as the one stop shop for your tile, tile install and tile prep needs. They are organized, their shipping is fast and they a have a great inventory.

Yesterday we went into Conestoga Tile and were so pleased with the customer service. Gary and Shelly were so helpful giving us suggestions for our bathroom project. Decorating does not come easily for me and they patiently spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect tiles, grout and even paint colors to complete our new bathroom. Conestoga's showroom is beautiful and it's worth the trip. They have an amazing selection of tiles, marble, grout and all the other items one would need for a project like this. We've worked with Conestoga Tile for over 20 years. They provide an outstanding selection and consistently good service. They help keep the tile samples up to date in our showroom and the products offered are high quality.

We worked with Phyllis at Conestoga tile on our home remodeling project. We selected floor and wall tiles as well as accent tiles for the kitchen, hall, and laundry room. Phyllis was great to work with helpful, friendly and patient. We returned to the store a number of times to get additional samples and explore new options when the initial selections didn’t work out. Although there were other tile stores closer to our home we continued to work with Conestoga because their selection was large enough for our job and their prices reasonable and their staff responsive to our needs.

We absolutely love working with Conestoga for our tile needs. The entire team is great to work with and they really go above and beyond to meet our homeowners’ desires, as well as our own!
