I am sorry you were disappointed in your cabinetry. We make every effort to make sure we exceed our customer's expectations, which is the reason our experienced carpenters spent so much time after your initial install. Any remodeling cabinetry work requires a certain amount of modification, touchup and repair based on what room conditions the installer finds before the cabinets and countertops are installed.

I apologize if you did not understand the type of crown molding you were receiving. It was clearly written up in your sales contract that it would be a flat lay crown. This is the most common type of crown used with a contemporary door style like yours and also helps hide the un-level conditions in the ceiling. The holes in your island for electrical outlets would have been cut had you requested them. Because we don't know where your electrician wants the outlets, we can't know where to cut them unless you tell us.
