Good cuts on the countertops, I was not able to be at the house during the install. I had my contractor (who is the one that recommended them to us) meet them and let them in. Upon inspection the next time I was at the house. No glue was used on the island top and the glue used on the waterfall isn’t even touching the side of the cabinets. My brand new cabinets have joint epoxy on the where they glued the seems together and let it drip on the cabinets. I called them they came out and looked and now they will not return my calls. Extremely poor customer service.

We highly recommend Justin at H. E. Satterwhite for any natural stone countertop/backsplash work. Our kitchen countertop renovation was difficult and required someone who took pride in their work. Our project required the use of book matched pieces of quartzite and matching the veining at the seams. Our first vendor didn’t come close to promises that were made, gave up, and tore out the unacceptable completed work. Justin stepped in and helped us to select a stone that would match well. He not only perfectly matched two seams but also was able to match the waterfall edge and backsplash. I didn’t even know that could be done! The pictures attached speak for themselves.

Satterwhite helped me update my family heirlooms with the crisp clean yet traditional look of marble tops. A great and easy update. I cut out paper templates myself, picked out my stone and they did the rest! I recommend them for any kitchen/ bath remodel or the DIY'er.

As a custom home builder I highly recommend H.E. Satterwhite for all Marble and Granite work. The workmanship is fantastic. The installers always do a great job. The prices are very competitive. Satterwhite is the only counter top company that I recommend to my home buyers.
