Another company fell through and needed a prompt installation. He worked us in an already busy schedule and had it completed within a few days. Interactions were seamless, project looks great and price was half of the installer that fell through. Installers were professional cleaned up after their selves and were quickly in and out. House will be put on the market soon. He indicated the two year warranty will carry over to new owners. Highly recommended.

Our situation was unique and required more out of Integrity (Todd) than most jobs. I had to plan in advance to make sure that our family's displacement and Todd's schedule would coincide! Lauren was great - she went out of her way to make sure that our experience with Todd would be the best. We are very, very far out - way outside of his service area. Because we have in-floor heat - we needed to know that the contractor we selected would NOT ruin our heating while removing the old tile. He did a fantastic job and we are very happy with our finished product.
